Tomas Robert Olof Bolme is a Swedish voice actor. He is best known for being the Swedish dub voice of Tintin, and also worked in many anime productions of The '80s. He was the dubbing director for Galaxy Express 999 and the dubbing director and translator for Hello! Sandybell.

Bolme is a former member of the political party Communist League Marxists-Leninists.

He is married to fellow voice actress Elisabeth Bolme Nordqvist.
