Shirley Booth (born Marjory Ford; August 30, 1898 – October 16, 1992) was an American actress best known for her starring role in the 1961-1966 sitcom Hazel. Beyond that, she had a decades long career on stage and was one of just 24 performers to win the Triple Crown of acting, with three Tonys, two Primetime Emmys, and an Academy Award for Best Actress, which she won for her film debut, Come Back Little Sheba, reprising her role from the stage version.
