Rudolph Malcolm Walker, CBE, (28 September 1939), is a Trinidadian-British actor best known for playing Bill Reynolds in Love Thy Neighbour and Constable Gladstone in The Thin Blue Line.

After moving to Britain at the age of 20, his first television role was in a 1965 episode of The Wednesday Play as a policeman. He was one of the first black actors to be seen regularly on British TV, and therefore has always been proud of starring as Bill in Love Thy Neighbour, a sitcom that has been criticised in recent years for its racist humour.

After appearing alongside Rowan Atkinson in an early episode of Mr. Bean, he co-starred alongside him in The Thin Blue Line. His character, Constable Gladstone, was never a driving force of the plots, but provided some of the funniest moments with his frequent one-liners.

Since 2001, he has played Patrick Trueman in the Soap Opera EastEnders, and won an award for best actor in 2002 at the annual Ethnic Multicultural Media Awards. Around the same time he starred in The Crouches as Grandpa Langley Crouch.

Outside of his TV work, he has appeared in a few films, most notably The Movie of Love Thy Neighbour, King Ralph, and Ali G Indahouse.

He was appointed an OBE in 2006 and a CBE in 2020.
