Jo Marie Payton (born August 3, 1950) is an American actress, voice actress, and singer. She is best known for her role as Harriette Baines–Winslow on Perfect Strangers as a regular character before being spun-off into her own series Family Matters, as well as her voice role as Suga Mama in The Proud Family and The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.
