Jasmine Cephas Jones (born 1989) is an American actress. She is best known to mainstream audiences for originating the dual roles of Peggy Schuyler and Maria Reynolds in Hamilton. In 2018 she played the minor role of Ashley in Blindspotting, which got ascended into the lead role of the 2021 sequel series of the same name. She won an Emmy for her role in #FreeRayshawn.
Jones is also a singer. She released an EP titled Blue Bird in 2020.
She is the daughter of actor Ron Cephas Jones and jazz singer Kim Lesley.
