Richard "Dick" Beals (March 16, 1927 – May 29, 2012) was an American voice actor from the early 1950s until the 2000s. Because of a glandular disorder, he never went through puberty and as such he was the go-to person for producers that were casting a child part and didn't want the hassle of dealing with a real child. Although he often played little boys he was also called on to play young female children (sometimes in live-action) (Although he never let advertising little girl's pretty dresses and black patent leather shoes bother him).
