Claus Theo Gärtner (born April 19, 1943 in Berlin) is a German actor.
He is mainly known for playing Private Detective Josef Matula in the German Detective Drama series A Case for Two (Ein Fall für zwei) from 1981 to 2013, alongside Günter Strack as attorney Dieter Renz (from 1981 to 1988) among others.
