Brian Douglas Williams (born May 5, 1959) is an American Journalist at MSNBC with his show The Eleventh Hour With Brian Williams.
He was previously the anchor of NBC Nightly News until it came to light that he embellished a story involving his coverage of the Iraq War in 2003 and was demoted to a breaking news anchor for MSNBC.
He is married to Jane Gillan Stoddard and they have two children, including Allison Williams.
