Creator: Bonnie Wright

Bonnie Wright is a British actress born February 17, 1991, best known for playing Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter movies. Wright auditioned for the role of Ginny Weasley because her brother said she reminded him of the character. In the first four films, her role was minor, but come Order of the Phoenix, she was one of six to participate in the battle at the Ministry of Magic, and she and Harry hooked up in Half-Blood Prince, increasing Wright's importance in the Harry Potter cast.

Wright reprised her role as Ginny Weasley in the final two-part film adaption of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Wright has also provided the voice of Ginny Weasley in the video game versions of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Wright starred in two television movies: 2002's Stranded and 2004's Agatha Christie: A Life in Pictures, where she played the younger version of Agatha Christie. She had a guest role on Disney's The Replacements voicing Vanessa in the season two premiere "London Calling". After finishing the Harry Potter series, she went to the London College of Communication, and now owns a production company. She is set to appear in The Philosophers, a drama starring fellow Harry Potter veteran Freddie Stroma.
