"What kind of mother doesn't even recognize her own son?"

Billy and Tommy's mother. Her first encounter with Billy was after he was beat up in school. She inspired Billy to continue with his life despite the bullies in his school. After he discovered his powers and the subsequent revelation of the extreme resemblance with Tommy (a speedster like Wanda's brother), he began questioning whether he and Wanda were actually related, only to later find out that she was indeed the mother of both him and Tommy.

"If I knew how to make it any more explicit to them, I would. The world absolutely needs those kids in it. And I believe very much that they have the right kind of fight in them."

Kate Bishop's former partner and boss. Clint Barton first meeting with Kate was under the costume of Captain America, something that Kate quickly criticized. Their next meeting was in a little test Clint made to prove if Kate deserved his codename and after testing her in many ways, he agreed to surrender the codename (and share it when he went back to the Bow and Arrows). Kate and him became really good friends and partners sometime after that.

"Mad? Are you kidding? My daughter's a super hero."

Cassie's father. While at first both lived together, soon Cassie's mother asked for a divorce and took custody of Cassie. Still, she still visited him in Avengers Mansion during some days. Lang eventually died during the events of Avengers Disassembled, an event that left Cassie devastated. One day she decided to go for Scott's old Ant-Man equipment which she kept. Later, he came back when Cassie altered the time stream with the help of Iron Lad only to see his daughter die at the hands of Dr. Doom. Something that devastated him. For the aftermath of his devastating loss in Children's Crusade, go here.

"Now we're in it. Like it or not. The time to be Runaways is over...It's time to do some avenging."note

A team of homeless super powered teenagers who escaped from home after finding out that their parents were super villains. Their first encounter with the Young Avengers was during the Civil War of super heroes, the Young Avengers went to help them but The Runaways received them with some hostility. After resolving their differences they teamed up to rescue their captured friends and faced off against future Young Avenger Noh-Varr who was brainwashed. After they freed him from his mind control and defeated the Cube Warden, both teams went their separate ways only to cross paths again during the Skrull Invasion. One of their members was Victor Mancha who is noteworthy for being Jonas and the original Vision's brother, the latter was The Scarlet Witch's husband at the time of Billy and Tommy's conception which, in turn, would make Victor: Billy and Tommy's uncle.

The father of Teddy. Mar-Vell started a relationship with the princess of the Skrulls Anelle during the Kree-Skrull war. Soon he died and therefore wasn't there when Teddy got to earth. While Mar-Vell never met Teddy, a Skrull shaped in the form of him had a nice conversation with him once. This same Skrull, before dying, entrusted the task of protecting the earth to Noh-Varr who had a complete change of heart and proceeded to go by the name of Captain Marvel to honor him.
