Izuku Midoriya was a Quirkless boy who had a very rough life because of it. When the world was transported to the fantasy world, he saw this as a chance to leave is old life and restart. He changed his name to Emerald and quickly adapted to his new life.- Adaptational Name Change: Izuku changes his name to Emerald.

A former pro hero Lady Nagant and prisoner of Tartarus, Kaina Tsutsumi immediately escaped from the HPSC's clutches when the world got transported. She met up with Nejire and Emerald and became an adventurer with them.- Adaptational Name Change: Here, Lady Nagant's original name is Kyoko Chinmaika. This is because at the time of the fic's release, Lady Nagant's real name wasn't revealed.
