Little did he know that he was wrong--the Scouts were sent into Limbo, and they were later revived with stronger powers. In the end, the Tokusatsu Spirits saving the Scouts and reviving them, coupled with Radiguet's own pride, were his undoing; he planned to kill Rika and take the Eldritch's powers as his own, much to the unhappiness of the Evil, and the Scouts--later renamed the Legendary Rangers--saved the All-Stars when he nearly killed them. After an intense battle, Radiguet was sent back to Hell by the Eldritch.

!!Caterina, the Flame Monster

!!Gallovisione, the Electric Bug Monster

!!Umikaisei/Umicheval, the Sea Horse Monster

!!Ogienwiik, the Fire Wolf Monster

* NamedByTheAdaptation: In the original version of ''IV'', the monster did not have a name despite being the last monster Arika faced. ''IV RELOADED'' gave it the name "Ogienwilk".

!!Walpurgis, the Ultimate Dimension Monster

The penultimate monster Keith fought in ''Super Sentai vs. Power Rangers IV''. Its powers were reshaping the battlefield to make it resemble various video games in order to confuse the victim. It nearly defeated Keith until he unleashed the Thousand Arrows attack, killing it.
