Meganée Akai
Voiced by: Kanae Itō
A staff member at Prism Stone and the guide to Pripara, as always.
- Beleaguered Boss: Is always chastising Yuzuru for something.
- The Constant: As always, she's the only character from the previous Pretty Series shows to show up in this show well, at least until Aira was revealed to be one of the Designers 7 note
- Hair-Trigger Temper: Unlike in the previous Pretty Series shows, here she gets annoyed pretty easily, especially around Yuzuru.
- Hot-Blooded: Well, she's a bit more spirited and livelier here than she was in the previous shows.
Yuzuru Aoba
Voiced by: Toshiyuki Toyonaga
Prism Stone Cameraman and the older brother of Rinka Aoba, he’s a gentle but scatterbrained man who often gets chastised by Meganee. As of episode 102, Yuzuru is the new manager of Dear Crown in Kirajuku.
- Bumbling Sidekick: With how often he gets chastised by Meganée, it's a miracle that he isn't subjected to George Jetson Job Security, though Meganée is nowhere near as bad as Spacely, so he's lucky in that department.
- Cool Big Bro: To Rinka, he’s a kind and gentle man who formerly belonged to a Pretty Channel after all. They were very close as kids, often pretended to have PriChan Casts and record each other as if they had their own Pretty Channel to post on.
Naru Shiawase
Voiced by: Emiri Katou
The shop owner of Dear Crown. She is a parallel version of Naru Ayase, the protagonist of Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live.
- Alternate Self: She's the Prichan counterpart of Naru Ayase.
- Character Catchphrase: Happy Naru!
Meganii Akai
Voiced by: Jun'ichi Suwabe
A staff member at Pri☆Chan Land. It was revealed in episode 140 that Meganii is a store mascot, which is slightly different from mascots such as KiracCHU.
- Alternate Self: Unlike Meganee, he doesn't seem to have changed much from his PriPara appearance personality-wise.
- Bishōnen: Can't be Meganii without this trope.
- Character Catchphrase: "Those are the rules!"
- Nice Guy: He is kind, dutiful, has gentlemen-like personality and is dedicated to the tasks he is assigned to but also takes into consideration an individual's best interests, even when the individual doesn't realize it.
