[[caption-width-right:350:''"The Almighty forgives, the Lost don't."'']]

* ArchEnemy: The Angels of Death serve as the Lost MC's greatest rivals. Trevor Philips in ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'' takes over their place.
* BadassCrew: The Lost MC already consists of a couple [[OneManArmy One Man Armies]], which together makes them unstoppable.
* BandOfBrothers: Oh so very much. Hell, their name is derived from the founders' fallen comrades in the war and named the gang in their honor. Their secondary motto is "Brothers for life, lost forever".
* BreakingTheFellowship: [[spoiler:By the end of their expansion, the Lost MC are pretty much gone with only Johnny, Terry, Angus and Clay left as all other members died during their CivilWar]].
* DecapitatedArmy: [[spoiler: After Johnny was killed by Trevor in the sequel, The Lost MC's M.O changed to avenging their fallen leader until Trevor either killed them all or sent a clear enough message for them to back off.]]
* EqualOpportunityEvil: In contrast to the Angels of Death (who are white supremacists), the Lost MC are more welcoming, with Johnny (Jewish), Clay (a black man) and Jim (mixed-race) as high-ranking brothers within the group, as well as the disabled, wheelchair-bound Angus serving as their mechanic (although Angus was a fully abled member until he was crippled in an accident). However while the club as a whole is more inclusive overall, this doesn't mean they don't have individually bigoted members such as Brian or Billy.
* FromCamouflageToCriminal: Their original founders were this at least; they were former [[SemperFi US Marines]] who met in Hanoi, Vietnam and after the war ended, started a gang as they continued thirsting for drugs and violence. As for their current incarnation, Jim and Clay originally belonged to the USMC and the US army respectively and now use their skills to help the Lost.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: They were based on the real-life biker gang [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outlaws_Motorcycle_Club the Outlaws]], even borrowing their official motto "The Almighty Forgives, the Lost Don't".

[[folder:Billy Grey]]
!!William "Billy" Grey
[[quoteright:272:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/billy-grey-001_2756.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:272:''"The Almighty forgives, Johnny. The Lost don't."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Lou Sumrall

The official president of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter and a childhood friend of Johnny Klebitz. He has recently been released from rehab and is eager to regain control over his gang.
----
* AddledAddict: Just about all of his bad decisions can be attributed to his prodigious drug use.
* AllBikersAreHellsAngels: He's an outlaw president gone mad.
* AxCrazy: He's an incredibly unstable lunatic who recklessly engages in acts of violence without warning. Years of drug abuse have ''not'' been kind to his mental health.
* BackstabBackfire: [[spoiler:Tried to set up a deal with the Triads for them to kill Johnny and Jim during the heroin deal. Not only did they survive the Triad's ambush, but the commotion winds up drawing police attention, leading to him getting arrested by the LCPD for sticking around to watch the carnage.]]
* TheBadGuyWins: [[spoiler:While he is [[PosthumousVillainVictory killed]] by Johnny, the damage he caused was so irreversible to everyone in his gang that nothing was ever the same again. He caused both directly and indirectly all the problems that led the Lost MC to its eventual defeat, and this domino effect is still seen five years later. To add insult to injury, a conversation between two bikers that can be overheard by Trevor in the mission "Friends Reunited" implies that Billy's posthumous reputation is fully intact among the Lost, while Johnny's name is mud.]]
* BeardOfEvil: Has a thick beard, and is horribly evil.
* BigBad: [[spoiler: Of ''The Lost And Damned.'']]
* TheCaligula: His defining attribute, and the reason why he often clashes with Johnny's PragmaticVillainy.
* DefiantToTheEnd: [[spoiler:When Johnny confronts him in prison, Billy merely stands there with his arms outstretched, accepting death as it comes. He even tries to stab Johnny with a knife because he was stalling, forcing Johnny to finally shoot him]].
* DrugsAreBad: Johnny attributes his unstable personality to his drug use. Given he'd just gotten out of rehab for heroin addiction, directly states that he smokes meth and spikes his pot with mescaline, this could be true.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: When he is first introduced, Billy seems to be a very mellow, mild-mannered criminal who is on the path to reform, although he sneaks a snide remark at a parole officer while sweet-talking his sponsor. When they return to the clubhouse, he initially asks Johnny where his bike is before getting angry that they sold it to cover his legal fees, telling him off while referring to him as "friend" and "brother" in between, showing that while Billy can act nice and reasonable when he feels it'll suit his purposes, it's just a mask.
** It also shows how short-sighted he is, despite being the gang's leader. Instead of at least recognizing the necessity of selling his bike to avoid 15 years in prison, he is completely ungrateful and unconcerned when Johnny reminds him of people he maimed and killed with the bike, including the son of the Angels of Death, which made appeasing them necessary. Billy routinely ignores the consequences of his actions and does as he pleases, completely apathetic to any harm that's inflicted on those around him.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He's an evil asshole, who only cares about himself, and is willing to betray his most loyal followers. However, he's against taking bikes from others. Heard when fighting the Angels of Death, where he yelled out "You don't take another man's bike!".
* EvilerThanThou: It's justified. Johnny was nothing more than a pawn to Billy. Johnny was a loyal guy, doing the best for the people he cared about, while Billy had planned to stab him in the back in the mean time.
* ExactWords: "I'm not going back to prison." [[spoiler:The other Lost members, and most players, assumed that he'd meant he wouldn't let himself be taken alive if it came to that, not that he'd be willing to rat out the whole club to avoid serving any more time.]]
* FaceDeathWithDignity: Just about the only good thing he does over the story. [[spoiler: When you find him after breaking ''into'' prison to silence him, he readies himself for the bullet and tells you he isn't bothering with a FinalSpeech]].
* FaceHeelTurn: [[spoiler:Betrays the Lost MC for his own selfish gain.]]
* FacialMarkings: His most identifiable feature is a skull tattoo on his forehead, in case you forget [[ObviouslyEvil what sort of person he is]].
* FalseFriend: The epitome of this. It's even revealed in [[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoIVTheBalladOfGayTony The Ballad of Gay Tony]] that [[spoiler: Billy had actually arranged for the Triads to kill Johnny in the failed drug deal]].
* AFatherToHisMen: All of the Lost feel this way about him. [[spoiler: They're wrong to do so.]]
* ForTheEvulz: The whole reason why Johnny goes against his decisions, as all of them are just destructive and impulsive crimes Billy does for the sake of his amusement.
* HateSink: More and more as the storyline progresses. [[spoiler:When Jason Michaels is killed by Niko Bellic, Billy Grey lies and says the Angels of Death killed him, using this as an excuse to steal their heroin. It turns out the heroin belonged to the Liberty City Triads who demand it be returned. Jim and Johnny manage to convince Billy to do so, but not before he makes a deal with the Triads so that they kill Jim and Johnny when the two go to return it. Fortunately, they fight their way out, and Billy gets arrested by the LCPD that the Triads tipped off ([[NeverMyFault while blaming Johnny for it]]). Billy's imprisonment causes Brian, [[UndyingLoyalty his most]] [[YesMan loyal follower]], and the members who were also loyal to Billy to betray the other members of the club, which starts a civil war. Finally, he decides to testify against the Lost in order to be released from prison (even after stressing the importance of loyalty to Johnny). This prompts the Lost to break into the prison Billy's being held at in order to silence him. During his last moments, he goads Johnny into executing him before [[DefiantToTheEnd attempting to stab him with a shank.]] Violent, [[TheHedonist hedonistic]], and utterly [[AxCrazy psychopathic]], Billy is one of the few characters in the Grand Theft Auto franchise to have absolutely ''zero'' redeeming qualities, and [[ItsAllAboutMe whose loyalty lies only towards himself.]] [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking Oh, and he brags about banging Johnny's girlfriend Ashley to his face.]]]]
* TheHedonist: The only things he seems to care about besides himself are bikes, drinking, sex, violence and drugs, usually all at once.
* HookersAndBlow: Basically his entire lifestyle.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Despite stressing the value of loyalty while he was still president,[[spoiler: he decides to rat the Lost out in exchange for a pardon after he is imprisoned again. Naturally, [[HonorAmongThieves the Lost]] don't take this sitting down and resolve to [[UnsafeHaven break into prison]] and kill him.]]
* ItsAllAboutMe: Billy is a total egomaniac.
* {{Jerkass}}: He's a rude, disrespectful jerk to just about everyone he meets, and is completely willing to betray his loyal followers, for himself.
** JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: Despite his crude demeanor, he seems to care about his comrades...[[spoiler:until he decides to sell them out to get leniency from the state.]]
** TookALevelInJerkass: In the past. It has been implied that though he was still a terrible person, he was once a good President who cared about his brothers, until he got out of rehab and became an unstable and heartless JerkWithAHeartOfJerk.
* KickTheDog: Even before he [[spoiler: uses a brother dying to justify a gang war to steal heroin, sets up Johnny to die at the hands of the Triads, and rats out of the club]], he makes you hate him by bragging how he banged Ashley repeatedly while she and Johnny were still together ''to Johnny's face.''
* LackOfEmpathy: He doesn't give a damn about who gets affected by his selfish actions, even if it's the rest of the club.
* LaserGuidedKarma: [[spoiler: Gets arrested by the police while watching the massacre he sent Johnny and Jim to be killed in. He's promptly blamed for it.]]
* LaughablyEvil: [[SubvertedTrope Subverted]]. His dialogue and antics would actually be hilarious if they weren't so self-destructive or detrimental to the club.
* NoHistoricalFiguresWereHarmed: Billy bears a strong visual resemblance to UsefulNotes/CharlesManson in his old days. They have similar facial features and similarly cropped hair and grey beard. Perhaps most significantly, Manson has a small, crudely tattooed swastika in the exact same spot where Billy has a small, crudely tattooed skull.
* OnlyKnownByHisNickname: He's rarely, if ever, called by his real name William.
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: He calls a Triad a "yellow little devil" to his face and says that he loved watching his people (the Chinese) die on TV. Also when [[spoiler:selling out Johnny to the Triads in ''The Ballad of Gay Tony'', he tells them he got no use for a Jew bastard like him]].
* PsychopathicManchild: He acts and sounds like an dangerously immature brat in a grown man's body, almost seeming like he wants to recapture the glory days of his wild youth.
* PunctuatedForEmphasis: Has a habit of speaking this way.
* RevengeBeforeReason: He swiftly restarts the war with The Angels of Death after his release from prison because he found out that [[CoolBike his bike]] was given to them as [[ThePreciousPreciousCar a peace offering]] while he was inside, and he wants it back.
* {{Sadist}}: Smashing a mallet against the face of an already injured man is a prime example.
* ScreamingWarrior: He screams ''a lot,'' especially in combat.
* TheSociopath: Johnny eventually realizes the hard way that his childhood friend Billy has become this at heart. He cares little for others, acts without thinking of the consequences and constantly and needlessly put his club in danger for profit and other forms of self-destructive hedonism. [[spoiler:And when it all comes crashing down on him, he eventually decides to rat out his own club,(again, some of which were his childhood friends) to save his own skin]].
* TheStoolPigeon: [[spoiler:Very nearly testifies as a state witness against the Lost as part of his FaceHeelTurn.]]
* TooDumbToLive: As soon as he finds out the Johnny ended the war, Billy ''starts'' the war again, resulting in both himself and the rest of the lost getting in alot of trouble. He then betrays the Lost for his own cause, only to get killed due to his betrayal. Also, just as he was going back from rehab, he starts taking drugs again!
* TurnCoat: [[spoiler:The fact that he's actively facilitating the Lost's capture at the hands of the police doesn't bother him one bit.]]
* ToxicFriendInfluence: Billy is the reason Johnny got introduced to the biker lifestyle.
* UngratefulBastard: After leaving prison, it doesn't take long for him to get nasty on Johnny, the same guy who: A) led the Lost in his absence, B) did everything in his power to fund his legal defense while keeping a truce with the Angels of Death, and C) is his best friend. He gets aggressive fast when asking him for where his bike is, and demands Johnny reclaim it, never mind the fact that his drug use and reckless driving got him sent to prison and forced the Lost to offer it to the Angels of Death as a peace offering. To make matters worse, [[spoiler: he tries to throw said friend under the bus, first setting up an ambush with the Triads, then by trying to rat him and the rest of the gang out to the law]]. Many words belong in Billy's vocabulary, but gratitude certainly doesn't.
* VillainousLegacy: [[spoiler: His betrayal hit the Lost ''hard''. Even after his death, most of the chapter refused to believe Billy was planning to betray all of them, causing a major split in the gang. This led to massive hindrance to Johnny's plans to expand, making him settle in Blaine County, San Andreas, where he partners with a certain Trevor Philips, who ''ends'' the rest of the chapter in 2013 [[CurbStompBattle with extreme prejudice]].]]
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: He brutally smashes a mallet in Pretty Boy's face ''after'' he told the Lost where Billy's bike was.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: He looks like a man in his late 40s or early 50s. He's 37. Drug use hasn't been kind to his looks, either.

[[caption-width-right:296:''"If it ain't one load of bullshit, it's a God damn n'other."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Dennis Predovic (GTA IV) & Chris [=McKinney=] (TLAD)

The treasurer of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter. He is Johnny Klebitz's best friend and serves as an unofficial advisor during the latter's stint as acting president.

Jim is one of Johnny's "friends" that the player can hang out with, but will not be available after [[spoiler: his death]]. Unlike Niko's friends, these activities are completely optional, and do not offer rewards.
----
* AffablyEvil: Like Johnny, he's one of the more patient, (most of the time) pleasant, stable, and understanding Lost MC Members.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: According to the GTA Wiki he is a Hispanic Irish-American.
* ActionDad: He has talked about his wife and child several times in the game.
* BadassBookworm: Proved to be pretty cunning, when dealing with cops.
* BadassBiker: Naturally.
* BodyguardingABadass: Well, he's very protective of Johnny.
* CerebusRetcon: [[invoked]] The bald, white biker that Niko kills in an [[ThatOneLevel infuriating bike chase]] on the subway [[spoiler:is retconned to be Jim. Then you experience it from [[PlayerPunch Johnny's perspective]].]]
* TheDragon: Becomes this to Johnny.
* {{Determinator}}: Getting half of his face burned off by a blowtorch didn't stop him from escaping the place and riding his bike right after.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: His wife and kids.
* HappilyMarried: For which he never stops getting crap from the other club members.
* HenpeckedHusband: Though he and his wife genuinely love each other, she still gives him crap for being an outlaw.
* RaceLift: Jim was changed from white to mixed race when he got a bigger role.
* TheLancer: First to Billy, but becomes this to Johnny.
* MadeOfIron: Surprising, considering he isn't a protagonist. [[spoiler: Half his face gets roasted with a blowtorch, but a few minutes later, he's in good shape for a motorcycle chase. Sadly, he gets killed, but the guy chasing him was [[PlayerCharacter Niko Bellic]], so that was [[ForegoneConclusion to be expected]].]] However, Niko's shots didn't do any damage on him, until he hit the train.
* OnlySaneMan: He and Johnny are the only Lost MC Members who realize how stupid gang war is. They're also the only ones who speak up, and stand up to Billy, who's just a borderline psychopath.
* PragmaticVillainy: Shares this trait with Johnny, refusing to engage in criminal acts just for the heck of it and wanting to think things through.
* SacrificialLion: [[spoiler: Is killed near the end of ''The Lost and Damned'' by Niko Bellic on the orders of Ray Boccino and his death is treated as a big player punch]]
* TheSmartGuy: He's described as the "thinking type of maniac".
* SemperFi: A retired Marine.
* TheStoic: He doesn't lose his temper as often as his brothers do.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Johnny.
* YouDontLookLikeYou: You'd be forgiven for not knowing Jim was present in the original game all along given that he looks absolutely nothing like his final look in ''The Lost and the Damned'' since he is bald, fat, Caucasian and lacks his iconic bandana.

[[caption-width-right:262:''"Us brothers are the only free people I see."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Joshua Burrow
The sergeant-at-arms of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter and friend to Johnny Klebitz.

Terry is one of Johnny's "friends" that the player can hang out with. Unlike Niko's friends, these activities are completely optional, and do not offer rewards.

-> For tropes relating to his appearance in ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'', see his entry in this [[Characters/GrandTheftAutoVCharactersFromGrandTheftAutoIV character sheet]].
----
* AlliterativeName: '''T'''errence '''T'''horpe.
* ArmsDealer: The player has an opportunity to call Terry for weapons any time he needs it.
* BodyguardingABadass: He and Clay are pretty much known for backing Johnny up.
* ConspiracyTheorist: Terry's hatred of [[DemocracyIsBad the government]] stretches a little bit further than most of his brothers' in the Lost.
* DivorceIsTemporary: Or so he wishes. While sober, he constantly talks disparagingly about his ex-wife, but [[InVinoVeritas when drunk, he reveals that he misses her.]]
* IntergenerationalFriendship: With Clay, who apparently served in the army a full two years before Terry was even born.
* MetallicarSyndrome: Terry's alternate mode of transport is a [[TheAllegedCar restored]] and [[RiceBurner heavily customized]] 50's panel truck. It is [[RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver colorfully adorned]] with the Lost's gang insignia, yet it is used to ferry his (very illegal) [[ArmsDealer supply of weapons]].
* MoreDakka: Terry uses automatic weapons in fights compared to Clay's shotguns. They get bigger and more accurate as he levels up.
* SmokingIsCool: Is always seen with a lit cigarette. Also discussed: He says he gets a kick out of smoking in no-smoking areas.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Calling for backup always gets him AND Clay.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Johnny and Clay.

[[caption-width-right:288:''"Class is out, brother. Tell your daddy what you learned today."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Keith Smith

The road captain of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter and friend to Johnny Klebitz.

Clay is one of Johnny's "friends" that the player can hang out with.

----
* BadassBiker: he's one of the more ruthless members, and prefers to ride fast.
* BodyguardingABadass: Like Jim and Clay, he gives Johnny backup pretty reguarly.
* TheBigGuy: He's the real extremist of the Lost MC.
* CoolOldGuy: He was apparently old enough to fight in Vietnam, and stood guard at the U.S embassy during the fall of Saigon in 1975.
* KavorkaMan: To the extent that he was able to get into bed with a lady from the [[DatingCatwoman Angels Of Death]].
* NominalHero: Despite his loyalty for the Lost MC, Clay states that he joined the army just because he likes war.
* OldSoldier: He fought in Vietnam.
* IntergenerationalFriendship: With Terry. Since Clay served in the military two years before Terry was even born, there is at least a twenty-year age gap between them.
* PsychoForHire: You can call him and Terry whenever you need backup to murder someone and he will enjoy killing anyone as long as they're not a Lost MC member.
* TheQuietOne: He never speaks in any cutscenes, and notes to Johnny that he prefers to leave the club's politics to the others.
* ScreamingWarrior: Despite the above, however, when he's actually heard saying something, he's always yelling. Also, sometimes when he's in the back of a Van riding from the cops, he's just heard screaming at the other members to shoot without doing anything himself, despite his weapons being fully loaded.
* ScaryBlackMan: Bloodthirsty and ruthless.
* ShotgunsAreJustBetter: Clay's weapons of choice are shotguns and as he levels up his shotguns get bigger and stronger.
* ThoseTwoGuys: He never does anything without Terry.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Johnny and Terry.

[[caption-width-right:228:''"I was being a good soldier. Following my leader."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Adrian Martinez

The secretary of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter.
----
* AllBikersAreHellsAngels: Downplayed due to being an honorless stuttering, backstabbing coward.
* AmbiguouslyGay: He scoffs at the notion of having any sort of girlfriend, and Johnny clearly believes this to be the reason.
* BigBadWannabe: [[spoiler:Tries to become the new BigBad after Billy is arrested, but he doesn't last very long. He is pretty much dealt with in the following mission after turning most of the Brotherhood against Johnny]].
* BoisterousWeakling: That's what he's known for.
* BumblingSidekick: He's Billy's bitch.
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He becomes {{the starscream}} of everyone he starts to fear. He even tried blaming Billy, just to justify himself.
* DirtyCoward: He's willing to lie, kiss ass, and stab people in the back if it means saving his own skin.
* FatBastard: And everyone talks about that he is one.
* FourEyesZeroSoul: He wears glasses, and he's a total asshole.
* TheFarmerAndTheViper: [[spoiler:If Johnny offers to spare him, he does out of pity for Brian and chooses to exile him instead. How does Brian repay his mercy? By trying to lead Johnny into an ambush and kill him again]].
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: With the exception of Billy, everyone despises Brian for being a spineless, annoying boot-licker. Everyone either talks down to him or verbally abuses him. Even Billy doesn't exactly respect him. [[spoiler: It's a miracle he even is able to rally anyone in the Lost to follow him when Billy goes to jail.]]
* HateSink: An annoying, bigoted, uncool, cowardly and incredibly irritating man who is always antagonizing Johnny, even for very pathetic reasons. Sure, he talks tough, but when the gunfight starts, [[DirtyCoward he runs and hides]].
* {{Jerkass}}: Especially toward Johnny.
* JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: [[spoiler:He's definitely one in his random encounter.]]
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain:
** As if being a resentful prick towards Johnny wasn't enough, Brian also chides him for his Jewish heritage (such as during "Buyer's Market" when he says "I guess you Semites are are good at sniffing out a deal" when complaining that Billy made Johnny responsible for the deal and not Brian).
** He also mentions that he can't tell Slavs apart when he calls Niko a "Polack" (which itself is an offensive term for Polish people) when he is actually Serbian.
** He is also a consummate xenophobe, referring to the Slavs as "Slavic scum".
* PsychopathicManchild: You can't really tell that he's 39 years old with that immature attitude of his. He has a pretty childish way of agreeing on everything Billy says and does, and even mimics Johnny.
-->'''Johnny:''' You think Billy'd stick his neck out for you? You're dumber than I thought!\\
'''Brian:''' ''(mimics Johnny in a shrill voice)'' You're dumber than I thought, you're dumber than I thought!
* RenegadeSplinterFaction: Forms his own splinter biker gang after Billy is incarcerated, which leads to a civil war within the Lost MC.
* SmugSnake: The only thing that can shut him up is a gun to his face. And not even; there, he'd start begging for his life, saying anything to survive.
* TheStarscream: He thinks Johnny is one to Billy. [[spoiler:He becomes one to Johnny after Billy's arrest.]]
* UngratefulBastard: [[spoiler: If spared by Johnny, he just tries to kill him again.]]
* VillainousBreakdown: When Johnny confronts him in "Bad Standing".
-->'''Brian:''' ''(after pleading for his life)'' I'm sorry! Please!\\
'''Johnny:''' Come on. For once, do not be a bitch. You've got to take it like a man! ''(shoots Brian in the chest)''\\
'''Brian:''' ''(as he's dying)'' Fuck... you.
* YesMan: To Billy, and even ''he'' gets sick of Brian sometimes.

[[caption-width-right:250:''"We are brothers, and brothers stick together."'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/BillBurr

An enforcer of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter and a notorious pimp.
----
* BadassBiker: He may be the youngest Lost MC member but according to Billy's speech, he's the bravest and the biggest daredevil of them all. He's also known as a [[LongList law breaker, troublemaker, beer-drinker, and hell raiser]] and "the kind of man" Billy would want to be.
* TheCasanova: He makes his money by seducing women and then pimping them out. This was his plan for Anna Faustin, but that didn't work out so well for him.
* CharacterDeath: [[ForegoneConclusion Not that it came as a surprise,]] but he dies extremely early in the campaign riding off after the mission ''Angels in America'' to go meet his girlfriend.
* DarkSecret: Runs the Lost's prostitution ring according to the police scanner. Which casts his relationship with Faustin's daughter in a new light.
* DoomedByCanon: We know his fate once he starts talking about dating a mob boss' daughter, at least if you've played GTA IV.
* SacrificialLamb: His death early on in TLAD's campaign is used as motivation by Billy Grey for the Lost MC to strike back at the Angels of Death (even though the latter had nothing to do with Jason's death) which in turn causes the problems the Lost face throughout the ''IV'' era. [[spoiler: And as of the ''V'' era, Jason's death in hindsight triggered a domino effect for almost the entire Alderney chapter of the Lost MC getting killed off.]]
* TemptingFate: Talks about all the fun he's going to have banging his Russian girlfriend and drinking her father's vodka. Not much later, he gets whacked by Niko Bellic on the orders of said girlfriend's father.
* TooDumbToLive: Knows he's dating a Russian Mobster's daughter and that it infuriates him. If there was a moment of regret for this decision on his mind, he didn't live long enough for it.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Even in ''The Lost of the Damned'' expansion focusing on his gang, he only appears for two missions before getting offed by Niko.
* YoungerThanTheyLook: Looks like Vlad Dracula but isn't even thirty.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Brian Tarantina

A mechanic of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter. He is paralyzed from the waist down due to an accident caused by Billy Grey.
----
* BrokenPedestal: Billy Grey is already dead to him by the start of the game.
->" Billy don't see anything that he don't wanna. He'll see anything within smoking, drinking and fucking proximity, but he won't see the two-ton truck bearing down on him."
* CareerEndingInjury: He lost the use of his legs after Billy Grey caused them both to crash into an oncoming truck.
* TheCynic: He has a somewhat pessimistic attitude towards life, especially in regards to the Lost's future and the criminal underworld in general.
* DisabledSnarker: In some of the phone calls with Johnny. It's clear that the loss of his legs and his sour relationship with Billy forced him to reevaluate his lifestyle.
* EvilCripple: Though he's really only as [[EvenEvilHasStandards evil]] as [[NobleDemon Johnny]] and [[EqualOpportunityEvil the rest of the Lost]] are.
* FriendshipTrinket: Billy's [[CoolBike Revenant]]. He and Johnny built it for Billy when they were younger. Billy uses this as an excuse to forcibly retrieve it from the Angels of Death after it was given to them as a peace offering.
* GeniusCripple: He runs a fairly lucrative business [[CollectionSidequest exporting stolen bikes]] and still serves as the Lost's chief mechanic despite his disability.
* JadeColoredGlasses: Witnessing Billy's lack of concern for his well-being, both before and after the accident, led him to question whether criminals in a group like his can truly be [[HonorAmongThieves loyal]] to one another.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's a very sardonic guy involved with the gang's criminal activities, but he remains loyal to Johnny and the others.
* NoHonorAmongThieves: Unlike the rest of The Lost, he finds the concept of HonorAmongThieves utterly laughable. [[spoiler:He is eventually proven right when a CivilWar causes the chapter to disband. At the end of the game, he advises Johnny to "end the charade that this gang meant anything."]]
* OnlySaneMan: Considers himself even more reasonable than Johnny and Jim, because unlike them, he doesn't feel obligated to support Billy's self-destructive plans.
* SarcasticDevotee: He never fails to criticize Johnny over obeying Billy's increasingly [[ForTheEvulz unreasonable]] orders or continuing to do favors for [[TheMillstone Ashley]]. He never stops supporting Johnny in times of need, either.
* SoleSurvivor: It's unknown if he cares or even knows, [[spoiler:but after [[VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV Trevor Philips' slaughter]] of the Lost in Blaine County, he is the last remaining member of the Alderney Chapter.]]
* TheSmartGuy: As the mechanic of the Lost.
* WeUsedToBeFriends: One of the reasons why he's [[SarcasticDevotee particularly pessimistic]] about the Lost's undertakings is that he's never forgiven Billy Grey for causing the accident that took away the use of his legs.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Unlike the rest of the Alderney Chapter, Angus doesn't seem to have relocated to Blaine County with them. His current whereabouts, as of the latest update of ''Grand Theft Auto Online'', are unknown.

----
* AmoralAttorney: His day job. When Johnny stumbles upon him outside his office, he hires Johnny to intimidate a lawyer at a rival firm. Is also sued for sexual harassment by his secretary, which Dave claims was merely an inappropriate look.
* ButtMonkey: Billy lets him take a hit off some marijuana... which he'd spiked with mescaline. Johnny finds the idea of a lawyer in the gang revolting. Billy Grey, obviously, sees it as a potential bonus.
* PunchClockVillain: Is a part-time applicant of the gang.
* UnluckyExtra: Only shows up twice in the story; first in a cutscene then in a random encounter. He had unwittingly taken [[IntoxicationEnsues mescaline]] in the former, and was found to be in [[{{Irony}} serious legal trouble]] in the latter.

----
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Johnny now considers her one, given that she wants to get back together with him, particularly because of her infidelity. [[spoiler: Subverted in the next game however when he became involved with her again and addicted to meth in the process.]]
* BlatantLies: Constantly tells Johnny that she's clean and sober, even as she slurs her words and grumbles about how her addiction is killing her.
* DamselInDistress: A distressingly realistic example of it as her addiction lands her in severe hot water several times.
* DrugsAreBad: While looking better than a real junkie, the game highlights how drugs have ruined her life. [[spoiler: In ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'' she looks much worse and suffers a terrible end regardless of player actions.]]
* EarlyBirdCameo: Has a single appearance in GTA 4 in the opening cutscene of one of Ray's missions.
* TheMillstone: She seems to have a habit of making connections with the wrong people.
* OffTheWagon: Pretty much unable to stay clean.
* NotAfraidToDie: When Johnny asks why he shouldn't kill her since she indirectly caused [[spoiler:Jim's death]], she replies that it doesn't make a difference since she might be put out of her misery as a junkie.
* ReallyGetsAround: She's been with Johnny, Billy Grey, and Ray Boccino. [[spoiler:And Trevor Philips in ''V'', to her eternal detriment.]]
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: Her addiction forces Johnny to kidnap Roman Bellic for Dmitri Rascalov, which intensifies the war between Niko and the Russian Mob.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Lou Sumrall

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/BillBurr

-->'''Voiced by:''' Brian Tarantina

-->'''Voiced by:''' Jay Patterson

One of the Lost MC's applicants.
----
* AmoralAttorney: His day job.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Traci Godfrey

An old lady of the Lost MC's Alderney chapter. She is Johnny's ex-girlfriend.

-> For tropes relating to her appearance in ''VideoGame/GrandTheftAutoV'', see her entry in this [[Characters/GrandTheftAutoVCharactersFromGrandTheftAutoIV character sheet]].
----
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Johnny now considers her one, given that she wants to get back together with him, particularly because of her infidelity.

* EstablishingCharacterMoment: When he is first introduced, Billy seems to be a very mellow, mild-mannered criminal who is on the path to reform, although he sneaks a snide remark at a parole officer while sweet-talking his sponsor. When they return to the clubhouse, he initially asks Johnny where his bike is before getting angry that they sold it to cover his legal fees, telling him off while referring to him as "friend" and "brother" in between, showing that while Billy can act nice and reasonable when he feels it'll suit his purposes, but it's all a mask.

Many things belong in Billy's vocabulary, but gratitude certainly doesn't belong there.
