Royals Who Actually Do Something: Inverted, he's not really royalty but was trying to do right by the planet's kingdom regardless. Then we find out he really is royalty.
The Reveal: He really is Barrage, the heir of royal kingdom. Mr. Black had smuggled him away as a baby and replaced him with a clone so Astro wouldn't be exposed to the corruption within the royal government.

Cool Sword: His sword can shoot its blade off like a spear.
Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He was very cold towards Astro to begin with, but he soon warmed up to him.
Asshole Victim: Seconds after giving Astro the Org, he's shot dead by the very guards who were trying to rescue him.
Irony: He gives Astro the Org in order to escape his responsibilities as the prince and the wielder of the Org. Seconds later, the royal guards appear, and Astro's possession of the Org means that they think Barrage is an imposter, and shoot him through the head.
