Storm Sente
The protagonist of the game.
- Giving Someone the Pointer Finger: Whenever he reveals a contradiction in a witness' testimony, he always pulls that iconic pose.
- Gosh Dang It to Heck!: When Richard explains how much he loves his gun and how he used it to murder Kathryn Davies.Storm: What... the... frak.
- Leitmotif: In Pursuit of Justice!
- Only Known by Their Nickname: His real name is Sine Sententia.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Blue to Richard's red.
- Sole Survivor: He is the only person out of all of England's defense barristers and law students who didn't attend FemCon, making him the last of his kind.
- The Stoic: Probably unintentional, but the face he makes while pointing does not suggest the adrenaline is pumping.
Richard Kingsley
Storm's first client. He's supposed to return in future cases as his co-counsel.- Brilliant, but Lazy: He purposely acts suspicious during the trial so Storm can figure out that he's being blackmailed without Richard having to reveal it himself.
- Goofy Suit: Prior to Storm first meeting him, Richard had sold all his clothes, so he had to wear a mascot outfit during his trial.
Sebastian Donovan
The first prosecutor Storm faces in court. He's a noble man that's famous for playing fair, unlike many other prosecutors.- Friendly Rival: Lawrence describes him as a man who prioritizes revealing the truth over convicting innocent suspects.
Lizzy Harrison
The Detective Chief Inspector who's placed in charge of investigations throughout the game.- Implied Love Interest: She uses a noticeably nervous sprite when first meeting Storm that doesn't appear anywhere else in the demo.
Charlie Lawrence
Storm Sente's mischievous mentor.- Amoral Attorney: He's rumored to have forged evidence to win his cases.
- Cool Teacher: He's a good-humored, likeable man despite the shady rumors surrounding him. He even shows up in court to stand by his favorite student!

Manager of the Beefy Mare and witness to the murder of Kathryn Davies.- Real Men Cook: He's the manager of the Beefy Mare. He also carries a spatula around everywhere, so he must be involved in cooking, too.
