The Goddess of War quest. You have to help Kaia fend off an argon attack. She gives you a special buff that basically increases your endurance and power by a lot, and reduces your cooldown by 90%. You also fight argon "BA Ms" with her, and there are at least 50 at a time that you and her have to kill in one area. You will feel like a badass after that quest.
