  • Episode 5 involves all the work necessary to redo Arupin's final line in the episode, from reanimating the scene to redoing the lines. The end shows the result- Arupin's facial expressions and vocal delivery more closely matching her character- and shows that it paid off.
  • Early on in the Exodus arc, Honda has to resort to locking Kinoshita inside a cage until he finishes his storyboards. After Kinoshita regains much of his confidence and drive, he locks himself inside the cage and works on the storyboards.
  • The completion of Exodus episode 13. The animators manage to produce a cut featuring many horses running, doing the scene according to Kinoshita's vision, and manage to deliver the episode in time to air, thus avoiding the problems associated with Jiggly Heaven.
  • In Episode 16, Ogasawara plays baseball perfectly at the batting range while dressed in gothic Lolita style.
  • In Episode 16, Watanabe hears the sound of a golf club stroke while talking on the phone with Chazawa, and uses that information to track him down to the mini-golf course. He and Kinoshita then drag Chazawa away to force Chazawa to contact Nogame.
  • Midori delivering a belated Shut Up, Hannibal! to Hiraoka's sexist remarks about how girls have it easy by saying that none of her line ideas were used, but she won't let it deter her.
  • Director Kinoshita and Third Aerial Girls Squad author Nogame finally settling creative disputes over the anime's conclusion, which not only propels both the original source and its adaptation forward, but finally exposes Chazawa for the fraud and liar that he is.
  • Episode 24 shows everyone pulling out the stops to finish the revised final episode of Third Aerial Girls Squad, doing their jobs to the absolute best of their ability, concluding with Aoi and several others driving the tape to the stations. Special mention goes to Okitsu's insanely fast driving, as well as Aoi getting out of the cab to run all the way to the station.
