- Dr. Pussycat comes to Peepoodo's rescue in "Night of the Waxed" taking down the epilated zombies by using a an automatic tranquelizer gun and athletic moves for the latter.
- You'd think a series as shameless as this would treat transgendered characters as a joke, as they are so often in media. It does not: Kevin comes out as "Evelyn" and remains as such for the rest of the series, and is never considered off-putting by anyone in-universe, even though she still has the massive cock she had as Kevin. And in fact, she becomes arguably more intelligent and capable post-transition, often acting as Dr. Pussycat's direct assistant.
- Tuffalo continues to stand strong after being crushed by Peepoodo's gargantuan pulsating penis, and even lifting it above his head and eventually draining the blood, curing Peepoodo of his Akira-inspired priapism, after every other character, including Dr. Pussycat herself, tried and failed.
- In the premier episode of Season 2 the crew are forced to censor themselves in the "Amaflix" before being rescued by kickstarter fans.
- In "Estrus Maximus" Peepoodo flies the spaceship and goes total "scorched earth" on a planet where trees were assaulting his friends. It turns out that the trees were having babies and he basically committed a genocide but it was still awesome especially with his "Born to Kill" helmet.
- Everyone is about to die, and Dr. Pussycat wakes up in an unfamiliar bathroom away from all of them. She then finds that she's in the bathroom of the one place that she can make a difference, the real life Bobbypills studio. Swiping the laptop from the writer's meeting, she gets help from the voice actors to write an Everybody Lives ending.
- The finale featured one big 'thank you' to the crowdfunders who helped kickstart the 2nd season.
