• The Electric Mayhem's song "We Didn't Start The Muppets" in Chapter 1 where they list off the Muppet shows and films, the Muppet performers (including Jim Henson, Frank Oz, Jerry Nelson, Richard Hunt, Kathryn Mueller, Louise Gold, Steve Whitmire), and even shows that are connected to the Muppets like Sesame Street, A Muppet Family Christmas and the Dark Crystal.
• Chapter 5: Alice and The Electric Mayhem performing "Bring Me To Life".
• Chapter 9 has Micah's dance performance.
• Chapter 11:
  • The main Muppets performing Footloose.
  • The Fraggles performing "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Don't Stop Believing" with the latter having them briefly mix in their lyrics from their show's theme song complete with Theme Tune Roll Call.
• Chapter 13 has all of the song numbers be very impressive such as Rizzo and Sweetums's hip-hop number and Pepe's ballet.
• Chapter 15 has Crestfeather and the Electric Mayhem performing "A Light to Call Home".
• Chapter 16 has Yolanda performing "Battle Cry" as Katrina taking on Big Mean Carl in a boxing match. Katrina wins.
