- Jun and Ichitaka rescuing Iori from the Marionette King and his gang in Babel Tower in the manga.
- Ichitaka finally confessing his love to Iori in the subway car.
- During the final chapters, when an injured Ichitaka breaks the Marionette King's kneecap and probably jaw as well in order to save Iori.
- Jun taking out Samejima's minions in episode 5 of the TV series. Whereas in the manga it largely happened off-screen, the TV series shows it in full. And it is glorious.
