  • The game records your progress from the start of any scenario, and plays a timelapse of your city being built behind the ending narration! Granted the mood is pretty much spoiled if it mainly calls you out for your bad decisions instead.
  • Managing to win without going over the line. Pressed to the utmost, the city did not give in to its worst urges; it maintained Order without tyranny, Faith without fanaticism, all in the face of apocalypse.
  • In A New Home, managing to keep your city stable in time for the Storm, as well as properly stocking your coal and food reserves, is nothing short of satisfying.
  • In The Arks, there's something amazing about managing to keep your colony, and by extension the seed arks, safe from the cold while simultaneously funding a full-scale relief effort for New Manchester. Bonus points in that most of this is accomplished through automatons, as opposed to people.
  • Some of the Golden Endings for the scenarios:
    • The Refugees has the Lords and the rest living peacefully side by side, with no blood shed due to your policies and interventions.
    • The Arks has New Manchester and the Arks being saved; no lives being lost is the icing on the cake (even the lone survivor of New Manchester's exploration team can be saved).
    • The Last Autumn has the Generator completed to its maximum potential, and leaving the site before the sea freezes over. Extra points if you did so without anyone dying, due to your emphasis on healthcare and workplace safety.
  • On The Edge has one, which differs depending on your choice, if you manage to get the other settlements to be loyal to you by the time of the climax.
    • If you choose to save New London, you are suddenly heaped with a massive order of 3000 Coal, 50 Workers, 200 Food Rations, 250 Steel and 5 Steam Cores that you have to send and reach New London in a few days. At first it seems hard but the settlements who are loyal to you suddenly send a message saying to leave the resources they specialise in to them. If you played your cards right, you only need to fulfil your order of the Steel and Steam Cores which trivialises the endgame.
    • If you choose to let New London fall, the settlements who are loyal to you will instead double their exports to you, helping you cope with the influx of refugees and allowing you build the infrastructure needed to support them.
