The meeting Erin and Ed have with the PG&E lawyers, where Erin dresses them down, and then ends with, "By the way, we had that water brought in specially for you folks. Came from a well in Hinkley."
Erin, talking to the lawyers of PG&E, is told that there are holes in her research, including the fact that there are no phone numbers for the plaintiffs, so she calmly asks, "Whose number do you need?" The lawyer, skeptical that she memorised the names and numbers of the plaintiffs, tests her.
Theresa: "You don't know 600 plaintiffs' numbers by heart."
Theresa: "Annabelle Daniels."
Erin: "Annabelle Daniels, 714-454-9346. 10 years old, 11 in May, lived on the Plume since birth. Wanted to be a synchronised swimmer so she spent every minute she could in the PG&E pool. She had a tumor detected in her brain stem detected last November, an operation last Thanksgiving shrunk it with radiation after that. Her parents are Ted and Rita. Ted's got Chron's Disease, Rita has chronic headaches and nausea and underwent a hysterectomy last fall. Ted grew up in Hinkley. His brother Robby and his wife May and his five children, Robby Jr, Martha, Rose, Ed and Peter also live on the Plume. Their number is 454-9554, you want their diseases?"
Theresa: "Okay, look, I think we got off on the wrong foot here..."
Erin: "That's all you got, lady. Two wrong feet in fucking ugly shoes!"
