• Jonas Ecklin, despite being an annoying little snot, is able to both provide valuable insight on a case (the answer involves 80s pop culture and roleplaying games, which Balagan has no interest in) and is able to strong-arm a woman into handing over prepaid credit cards she was hoarding (and thus is able to placate the unseen villain long enough for the cops to nail him).
