The chapter begins the next day, with both Miho and Yukari are doing their best to hide their distress, while, in the background, Hippo and Rabbit Teams commence with their pre-battle "preparations". There's also the scene with Anglerfish Team preparing for the cold, with Saori mentioning in passing that Yukari's a bit slow on the uptake.
Yukari gets home, and laments her inability to talk with Miho about her family problems. Perhaps that is necessary for the story to go on as usual, but it's an interesting look at how Miho acts like nothing is wrong, not wanting to burden her friends with her troubles. Yukari decides to do what she can to win.
The teams arrive at the snowy battlefield. As Miho reassures Mallard Team, Yukari recalls how Miho was the first one to talk with her. She then notes that Sodoko is unlikely to ever be fully relaxed, but then notices "those without worries at all" who are playing in the snow.
Then the scene with Katyusha and Nonna meeting with Oarai follows- almost exactly like it was in the anime, save for Yukari pointing out that they are famous in tankery circles- concluding the chapter.
Not much happened here. Again, it's a bit unfortunate that with manga chapters covering less ground than anime episodes, some will end up as "transition" chapters.
