Morinth is on the Citadel now. There's a risk she'll run off and fuck the Council to death, but I already got the Council killed once, so what's one more time?

I did Thane's mission and took Morinth along. I saw a thing I could select to hear dialogue from her and I listened to that, and then switched careers and brought the real Samara to the Citadel and the same spot so I could see if there was any difference.

The dialogue is exactly the same. But again, it sort of does fit both mother and daughter if you think about it.

"Even the Citadel, bastion of order, has dark places. Most people prefer not to look too closely at districts such as this. For my part I seek these places out; they are a source of continuing injustice."

It would be in-character for Samara to say that because she's all righteous and paladin-y and seeks out the wicked wherever they may hide to do punish them for their sins, etc.

It would be in-character for Morinth to say that while pretending to be Samara because what she might really mean would be: "There are dark, sinful, FUN places here. Some people ignore them, but I like to visit them. Visit them to, um, stamp out injustice, yeah, that's the reason." She would say it while giving Shepard a knowing wink that would go unnoticed by the oblivious squadmate who somehow failed to hear her shouting about how she was using Ardat-Yakshi power on those thugs you fought earlier.

Next is to see if Morinth has anything at all to say of interest during Garrus' mission. But first I'll run around the ship and talk to the people who now have new things to say to me other than "Are we there yet? Can we do that thing I told you about yet?"

Nope, she didn't say anything. Migrant Fleet is next, and while I'm used to Morinth either being silent or saying exactly what Samara would and have no reason to expect any different on this next mission, there might still be something worth writing about...
