Domon interrupts Egeanin’s latest meeting with Elayne and Nynaeve, but Poor Communication Kills is actually subverted when Egeanin fully explains herself, and Elayne at least believes it. The men all bring news of the Blacks in the Panarch’s Palace, but this doesn’t help much as it’s heavily guarded and they don’t know whose side Amathera is on. They let Egeanin stay in their room for want of anything better to do with her, and Nynaeve goes to sleep to talk to Egwene.
Wow, after so many times in this series alone, not to mention all the other times it happens, of people refusing to properly communicate to create artificial drama, I kind of don’t know what to do with this. I’m also very grateful that the reveal to the girls wasn’t stretched out very long, as that would have gotten very annoying.
