In which we let our inner overlord out

So, last time we kicked the butt of the final Shadow boss we had access to and reached the current limit of Tartarus, and with 3 days left until the full moon to boot! Since I'm feeling generous, here's a bonus batch of updates!

An uneventful morning passes by quickly, but at lunch we're greeted by Kazushi. I swear, if this is another invitation to jogging... Thankfully for my sanity, it isn't. He wants to know if we're headed to practice today. Well, I don't have anything else on my plate for the time being, so why not? Kazushi is pleased by this, but his statement that he'll be late and not to worry about his knee rings alarm bells in my head. We'll go see what's up with that in practice, I guess. Anyway, we cut to "after school" and make our way to the kendo team. Alas, Kazushi isn't around... However, as we head on back to the dorm, we find him at the school gates. He's more than a little shocked to see us there. He says he was going to sneak into practice, but since kendo class seems to be done for the day, I'm disbelieving. We ask where he went and he explains that his mother sent him to hospital to look at his knee. He doesn't know the results yet, but he'll find out soon enough. And of course he wants to keep this all hush-hush. Sure, whatever, I'll keep your secret. Just gives me more blackmail material for when I run my campaign for principality.

We head on over to the dorm, where we get an amusing conversation between Junpei and Akihiko about how boring it is being unable to fight in Tartarus. Junpei suggests that we head in there, so I figure I might as well. Got to get back some of those Personas I fused anyway, so it'll be worth it if only for that... Or not, since Yukari is still all tired out from our last trip. Ah well, it's almost a full moon anyway, so we should probably save our energy for the inevitable boss fight.

We immediately cut to lunch time, where we're greeted by Hidetoshi. He wants to know if we're heading to student council today. Well, I have nothing else on my agenda, so why not? We get done with all the student council stuff, but Hidetoshi starts chatting with us before we can leave. I'm onto you, puppet of the nosed one! He wants our opinion on school uniforms, wanting to know if we think they should be abolished. As Minato looks snazzy in whatever he wears, I'm fine with the uniform, and say as much to him. Hidetoshi seems to like the cut of our jib, going by that answer. Yay? He lets out his inner Orwellian Dictator by prattling on about how rules give us freedom, and only chaos springs from no rules at all, but catches himself before he can put Operation 84 into action. Anyway, listening to his ramblings gives us a rank up and another step up the social ladder. Yes, I can almost taste the power! First this high school, then the WORLD! AHAHAHAHAHA -Cough, cough- Oh, sorry... You didn't hear that, okay?

Anyway, we get a foreshadow-y conversation between Akihiko and Mitsuru about how quiet the Shadows have been lately when we get to the dorm. Considering we only have about 1 day left before the full moon this silence does not surprise me. Knowing my luck the Shadows have been building some sort of giant tank to storm the real world with. Either that or they're just playing poker or something, I don't know. Since tomorrow is likely to be a busy day, I figure we need all the rest we can get, so I go with sleeping earlier this time around.

Anyway, since tomorrow is likely to be a big day, let's cut the update for now and start fresh with a big old heaping of PLOT HAPPENING! Until then!
