I will be detailing the current levels and stats of all the units in the party so far.
After much plot stuff happens, we are given 10000 gold by Hayden, and will be accompanying Eirika to Rausten. Here are the units stats just before beginning A Distant Blade.
- Franz: Level 17 Cavalier - 33 hp, 17 str, 10 skill, 17 spd, 9 luck, 11 def, 4 res.
Shaping up to be a fine fighter, and if he keeps growing like this, he'll make a fine Great Knight in the future as well. No complaints at all so far.
- Garcia: Level 17 Fighter - 37 hp, 18 str, 13 skill, 8 spd, 10 luck, 11 def, 2 res.
Fantastic strength and health, and good defense and skill, but his speed is just the pits. He usually doesn't turn out this slow for me, so I guess he's getting speed screwed a bit. Hope it picks up a bit, or he's gonna lag behind, but he's not doing too bad otherwise.
- Neimi: Level 16 Archer - 24 hp, 13 str, 15 skill, 12 spd, 12 luck, 7 def, 6 res.
Fairly good all around, with surprisingly high resistance, usable strength and speed, good skill, and nice luck. She's a bit frail, but that's no issue in general, so she's going fine.
- Natasha: Level 6 Cleric - 20 hp, 6 mag, 5 skill, 9 spd, 10 luck, 3 def, 10 res.
Really low in level, but she's grown fairly well so far, so here's hoping this keeps up and she proves a good fighter later on.
- Joshua: Level 16 Myrmidon - 35 hp, 14 str, 20* skill, 20* spd, 10 luck, 7 def, 5 res.
A total glass cannon, but by god do his shots hurt. Strong, lightning fast, and highly skillful, he's a fierce foe to be sure, but his health is his only really good defensive stat, with usable resistance, and low defense. Still, he dodges quite a bit, so I can't complain too much on that front.
And with that, we finish this interlude. Be seeing you guys in A Distant Blade, where we deal with a group of tricky mercenaries out to interrupt our progress, and meet our final party member!
