Skrimir sort of left us in the dust here...

Seriously, he plowed through those Begnion soldiers, though we still got a decent number of kills. Also...

50th Installment!

Hope you guys have enjoyed reading up 'til this point, and I hope you continue to enjoy reading as these adventures continue!

Chapter P-3 - The Great Advance: Finished.

Ike: Led the charge, and acted as the lure for the enemies, since he was the least squishy out of all of the current party members. He didn't actually fight much, since the enemies mostly went for Soren and Mist anyways, but he took out any foes who seemed like they'd trouble those two.

Soren': Stayed in the thickets, where he blasted people from afar with his tomes, the transfer bonuses really showed up on him, since he is now a lot more powerful than base Soren. It gave him naturally capped skill and resilience, and he only needed one more speed to basically double any non-swordmaster enemy. He then proceeded to do so after his first level up, and helped Mist gain some experience. He was able to avoid foes for the most part, and only got hit once, which was promptly fixed by Mist.

Mist: Came really close to dying a couple of times, since this game is starting to really show what its got. She got swarmed by a large group of people near the start who were hidden in the shadows, and while she was hit once, she dodged two more strikes, and then a general with 77 hit came out and prepared to kill her. She got quite lucky, and Miracle saved her life, and she promptly healed herself as Ike and Soren dealt with the foes. After that, she spent her time taking potshots at anyone with a low hit chance, and later on healing the laguz forces once they had caught up to them.

Silvano: Skrimir ate him, not much else to say.

Up Next: Another night assault, another few insults from Soren about Skrimir, the deadliest girl scout cookies known to man delivered by Mist, and likely more close calls.

Comment Question: Mist nearly ended up as a Cleric kabob thanks to me being a bit too risky and underestimating the strength of the foes. Have you guys ever had a moment where a chapter quite nearly killed you, and you realized that these enemies were a lot stronger than you had expected?
