We reach the Summit, where we first met Yang all that time ago and find two collapsed monks...

Monk A and Monk B (Inventive names, right?) join, a blue bomb appears and we have to fight the Dad Bomb. Think Mom Bomb, but capable of posing a threat. And like Mom Bomb...
IT'S GONNA EXPLODE!

We proceed into another new area, the East Vista. A few items we don't care about and a Save Point and we're on to the East Trail, which leads down into the East Slope, which is back into familiar territory, and the way out. Rosa (re)learns Dispel on the way out.
Well, it's longer than in FFIV, I'll give them that. Next time, we'll finally figure out some of what's going on.
