Well, um, Blunt's pissed at biblical figures who are potheads and they've screwed up and left him to suffer the consequences and, er, that line about the semi by the sea was random. It Makes Sense in Context...maybe. I guess it's his odd way of saying that instead of taking responsibility, they're off vacationing. Hmm...then the talent show business would be about how they're more concerned with their own superficial image. Sounds like some sort of leader figure, such as government. That would explain why he's burning his personal documents. Pretty interesting actually. This is one of his better songs.
