Lance: You know that Dragons are mythical Pokemon!
Lance: They're hard to catch and raise, but their powers are superior!
Lance: They're virtually indestructible!
Lance: Well, are you ready to lose?
Yellow: Not likely.
Lance: Your League challenge ends with me, Yellow!

Yellow: Your turn, Elliot. Ice Beam!
{Round 4: Dragonair uses Thunderbolt. Elliot returns fire with Ice Beam. Hp 99/175 vs 20%}
Lance: What? How could you know-!
{Round 5: Dragonair uses Thunder Wave. Elliot still manages an Ice Beam.}
{Lance sends out another Dragonair, Lv 56.}

Yellow: (Wrap is a slow attack, and I'm going to take advantage of the time it gives me.)

{Round 8: Yellow uses a Full Restore on Elliot. Dragonair loosens, but tightens again, in a critical spot. Hp 158/175 vs 100%}
{Round 9: Dragonair's attack continues. Hp 141/175 vs 100%}
{Round 10: Dragonair loosens and fires a Hyper Beam. Elliot fires back with Ice Beam. Hp 71/175 vs 20%}
{Round 11: Dragonair is stuck recharging after it's intense attack, giving Elliot a chance to finish it off.}
Yellow: (That was a miscalculation on Lance's part, but me winning might depend on him making it again.)

{Round 12: Yellow heals Lapras. Aerodactyl uses Swift. Hp 136/175 vs 100%}
Yellow: Now, Surf.
{Round 13: Aerodactyl uses Swift again, but Surf goes critical, wiping out the fossil flyer. Hp 94/ 175 vs 0%}
{Elliot grows to level 42. Lance sends out Dragonite, Lv 62}
Yellow: (I don't think Elliot can stand up to a Hyper Beam in his state.)

Yellow: Elliot, now, Ice Beam!

Lance: He is the real Pokemon League Champion!
Yellow: Not surprising. But I've never lost against him, and I won't now.
