Psyga Sanichigo, the truth is...

Alright. We are now going to find out what had happened during the time I nearly Rage Quit at Pooh’s Adventures of Double Double Toil and Trouble. For those who don’t know, allow me to recap: About two years ago, I reviewed Pooh’s Adventures of Double Double Toil and Trouble, and it was my first dive into the weird genre. Among Pooh’s traveling companions was Mewtwo, who was so epic and badass that he was just reduced to the point where They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character and a good opportunity to show his Story-Breaker Power. At this point, I just began to rage out and skip out a lot of the story just because I was that angry.

Though if you wish to know what happened out of character, it was pretty much because there was a lack of altered footage and I just decided to cut to the chase. So, what are we waiting for? Let’s go!

Part 6 of 9... No. It’s too easy.

A chase ensues and Oscar and Mr. N bicker on who goes with who when the splitting happens. I actually find Oscar and Mr. N more funnier than the Olsens. And I think now is a good time as any to explain why: The twins are practically playing the same character. Think about it. Throughout the movie, have they ever had any individual personality quirks? Ones that makes one twin different from the other? I haven’t. And yeah, every twin doesn’t have to be Different as Night and Day, but some variation helps. I mentioned before how it was so hard to tell them apart unless they are literally split up and referred to by their name, and in most cases, you could really just do this with one character. Sure, the twins subplot may be dropped, but it’s as if they share the same damn brain! They could easily be just one character.

And that’s probably why I consider this a Star Vehicle film. Would this movie’s significance change if the twins weren’t playing the role of the protagonist? I’d say very. It seems the only reason why people would recall this film is that the twins are in it. Take them out and this movie wouldn’t be memorable. Now, with that said, you can see why I consider Mr. N, Oscar, and even the witches more competent characters. They have character arcs and motivations. Mr. N wants to be rich. Oscar doesn’t want to be picked at by people for his size. Heck, Agatha just wants to make sure that Sophia is stuck in the mirror for good. So far, I thought little of the main characters, usually because they play off more as the sidekicks who makes witty comments. Just. Like. Pooh.

It seems this movie is fated to carry the Pooh’s Adventures stain, even without that bear. Wow, did I go off topic or what? Okay, back into action. The adults may be useful, but the police? Yeah. Hey, we have to give the kids more time to save the day, right? Anyways, Kelly and Mr. N find themselves at a dead end. With nowhere to go, Mr. N decides to just tell the witches that they’re chasing the wrong pair. Okay, so the scene where Mr. N becomes a crow is a bit more funnier than I had thought, with him and Agatha negotiating on a price and Agatha, obviously not going to negotiate with a silver-tongue, decides to just turn him into a crow. It actually makes sense, since crows tend to take silver, and Mr. N seems to try to make money at every opportunity.

Agatha then takes the form of Sophia, and Kelly decides to Bluff the Imposter to see if it’s really Sophia. Huh. If only Twilight thought of that... Oh wait, she was too busy thinking “SHE’S EVIL!” to be thinking smart things. Well, she trapped Agatha, but manages to get herself caught regardless. I’m too tempted to use the pointless clip, but with Agatha having the wand now, I would assume that it’s not a complete loss.

Anyways, Mr. N tells Oscar and Lynn about what happened, and they decide to go find Simon to help them with Agatha. Turns out he was located right in front of where the heroes are. Simon is reluctant, and Lynn decides to emotionally blackmail him by wheeling in an injured Rei- I mean shutting off the lights.

And we end the part there.
