I know what you mean with the opening. The second/third season opening will always be the one I associate with Winx Club, even though I like the first better.

I'm torn about Stella's voice, her RAI and Nick voices are both very cool.

He is, but when first watching the show we don't know that. There's no particular reason given why he can pass the magical barrier until later.

Stella's RAI voice is one of, if not the best in the RAI dub. Her Nick voice, I'm not a fan of, though that's more of a preference thing to me.

For me it's mostly because the two different Stella voices create entirely different characters and I like them both, Royal Stella and Fashion Designer Stella.

I wish Fashion Designer Stella would realize that Sky has already taken over Eraklyon and she needs to start thinking about being Solaria's future ruler too.

I liked Bloom's transformation, but even I was annoyed as a child that it took so long.

I like Griffin's attitude throughout this entire season, right up till the end when she changes her mind.

The first season's romance plot will always be somewhat iconic to me, the later ones I wish would burn in a fire (Yes, including and especially Nabu).

Arghh the beginning of the Riven plot (though I might as well say "Arghh, Riven's existence.")

This was one of my least favorite episodes and continues to be, since taking away their magic is weird (it's like taking off their arms and re-attaching them in my opinion). Maybe not for Bloom, but you'd think there'd be a much bigger deal for someone like Flora, accustomed to hearing the voice of nature all day long or Stella, whose magic feeds of the radiance of the sun.

I liked that Flora didn't have a love interest and I wish they'd given her more screen time as is. Though it's not saying much since even after Season 2 she didn't exactly get a bunch of screentime.

While I'm fine with Riven mostly, a lot of people do seem to forget that even before going evil, he was always a massive prick to everyone. Of course, he probably has more screen time than any other Specialist other than Sky and he's a Deadpan Snarker, so that's why he's popular. He always sucked in fights early on though.

Since no one reacted that badly to losing their magic, I think it's closer to having your cell phone taken away. Seems odd though. Flora can probably hear nature without magic though.

I like to say Mirta was Flora's love interest in season 1. She probably got the least screen time in season 1, though she got her own episode while Tecna didn't. I've never really decided who got more screwed over screen time wise between the two of them.

Mirta was my favorite character of the season, and I was not pleased when she got sidelined for most of the storyline.

A friend noted that the Trix's attack was both hilarious and scary to her—it's just the same way she and her friends used to play with their Barbies.

My headcanon is that Lucy actually is from the planet Popularis, where everyone else looks like a supermodel and is totally popular. Would explain a lot.
