* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: Aunt Trudy is shown to be quite nosy in the affairs of the Clark siblings, but given that her sister was a former spy, and she also married to another former spy as well, is she snooping to get proof on how being a secret agent runs in the family?
* BestKnownForTheFanservice: The scene where Tami attains utterly gigantic HartmanHips is more often than the not the only thing people remember about the show and something that would be right at home in ''WesternAnimation/TotallySpies''. Same also goes for Megan as a giantess who later inflates into a giant blimp version of herself via Hacker's device malfunctioning (which would also be at home in the same series).
* FanNickname: Marc and Megan are sometimes collectively called "The Ms", which was made semi-canon with the MissingEpisode entitled "M's Again".
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: In the episode Sheena was introduced in, Marc has spent the entire episode trying and [[EpicFail failing]] to get her to notice him, even going as far as using a WOOHP gadget to alter his appearance, which also fails. Towards the end of the episode, Marc decides he's going to try one more time and plans on using the gadget again. Megan (who had been encouraging the entire time and [[YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre trying to convince Marc that he didn't need to change to get Sheena to like him]]) begrudgingly approves but insists that Marc let ''her'' set his appearance. He agrees and for the rest of the scene, Marc's face is obscured. After Sheena says yes, Marc goes back over to his sister and tells her that whatever look she gave him sure worked. Megan holds up a mirror...[[JustTheWayYouAre and reveals she just set his looks back to normal.]]
-->'''Marc:''' ''No way...''\
'''Megan:''' (affectionately) For a genius, you can be pretty dumb sometimes.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** Megan's AffectionateNickname for Tony is "Brony", which was just a silly pun when the show was airing. Nowadays, Tony would probably find it an EmbarrassingNickname given the [[WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic fandom]] it references...
** Jimmy, the villain of "Operation: Fun and Games", wears a red shirt, has blond hair, and his "Duel Disk" holds three cards. While it's supposedly a combination of Yugi Muto/Jaden Yuki, his description actually would predate [[Anime/YuGiOhSEVENS Yuga Ohdo.]]
* HoYay: In "Operation Yeti Bear", Megan seems to be quite enamored with athletic prodigy Tara Prefontaine...
-->'''Megan:''' Wow! That is one fantastic girl!
** Megan and Tami [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=un9ASEA2frM occasionally engage in]] [[FoeYayShipping Foe Yay]] as well. As the show goes on, it reaches the point where Tami practically comes off as a StalkerWithACrush toward Megan who is [[{{Tsundere}} acting mean to hide her real feelings.]]
* ShallowParody: The first episode has a villain who is an {{Expy}} of [[Anime/YuGiOh Yugi Moto]] in appearance and voice, but the cards he uses are superheroes, which are more in line with [[Anime/YuGiOhGX Jaden Yuki]].
