Some find them an improvement over Victor and Monty thanks to them actually trying to help the rangers, while others find them just as annoying because their antics rarely factor into the plot. Meanwhile, others tend to find them quite endearing due to how hard they try to help the main cast, but feel they're rather unfit to be comedic relief as it just seems like the universe is just screwing them over at times.
3	* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: "The Silva Switch" has Steel (swapping places with Nate for the day) somehow burst into a cheesy song and dance about how it's wonderful to be human with everyone joining in. It comes out of nowhere and then disappears without any explanation.
4	* BrokenBase: TheReveal that [[spoiler:Evox was Venjix, while openly accepted by most, was seen by many to be a rushed idea, as well as thinking it was an unnecessary move to make Beast Morphers more interesting, especially since this was not an anniversary reunion.]]

Many are disappointed that Hasbro doesn't currently have any plans to produce a Scrozzle action figure. [[spoiler: Given that he's taken prisoner by Grid Battleforce rather than destroyed at the end of ''Beast Morphers'', many fans anticipate him showing up in a future ''Dino Fury'' team-up. Much to those fans' delight, Scrozzle returns in the second season of ''Dino Fury''.]]

16	** The Ranger tech vault. How and when did Nate acquire so much technology from previous ranger teams? Did they donate it to him? For what purpose? How much stuff is actually in there?

19	** One of Hasbro's other best known franchises is, of course, ''Franchise/{{Transformers}}'', with fan reaction to its Beast Era spawning the infamous "TRUKK NOT MUNKY" meme. Now, Hasbro is handling the Power Rangers toys... and what does their very first line feature? A truck that ''becomes'' a monkey![[note]]Of course, both Optimus Primal and Gorisaki Banana are gorillas, which are actually ''apes'' and not monkeys... but that's just being pedantic.[[/note]] Made more hilarious when you look at [[WesternAnimation/BeastWars Cheetor, Optimus Primal and Rattrap]][[labelnote:note]]And Rattrap specifically his WesternAnimation/BeastMachines incarnation which had wheels instead of legs.[[/labelnote]], and then look at Cheeda Nick, Gorisaki and Usada. Also back when Over-Time was releasing Go-Busters subs, a screencap of Gorisaki riding Cheedah in bike form had a caption of "That's so primal, Cheetor."
20	** Related to this, there was at one time a working concept called ''Transformers Transtech'' which would have involved the cast of ''Beast Wars'' and the newly rebuilt technorganic Cybertron as society recovered from Beast Megatron's attack. The returning characters, including Cheetor and Optimus Prime (the truck one), would have transformed into animal themed vehicles, with Cheetor being a cheetah-themed race car and one concept for Prime featuring a truck mode with a gorilla face on the front.
21	** When purchasing the show back from Disney, presumably to keep the price down Saban had told them that ''Series/PowerRangersSamurai'' was going to air on Creator/TheHub, a channel that was owned by Hasbro, [[BlatantLies and not Disney's rival Nickelodeon]]. Now, Hasbro owns the series -- which has aired on Nickelodeon since 2011 -- starting with this season.[[note]] Nowadays, The Hub is called Discovery Family, with Hasbro maintaining a minority stake despite most of its programs gone from the lineup.[[/note]]

Specifically, Himeno Ran, the Yellow Ranger of that season. Not only that, but one of the first auxiliary mecha announced was a rhinoceros beetle.

The Morphin Grid actually an important part of the series as opposed to hardly acknowledged, the heroes and villains acknowledge past seasons and use characters and objects from them to advance the story in a way that isn't just fanservice, the returning Rangers aren't treated as cameos for the sake of older fans but actively take part in advancing the plot during their appearances, past villains return, and [[spoiler: the main villain is actually a returning past villain]]. Even the much mocked CentralTheme of ''Megaforce'' that talks about the importance of humanity is done in a more organic manner by having Steel be a robot who has a fascination with humans.
34	* ItsShortSoItSucks: The main criticism of the theme song, as it's the first in a long while to only be around 30 seconds long. Notable in that it's courtesy of contested ''Power Rangers'' theme song composer Noam Kaniel, whose contributions during the Neo-Saban Era were generally agreed to have been... less than stellar (''Samurai'' and ''Megaforce'' in particular, as they're literally rehashes of "[[Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers Go Go Power Rangers]]" with very little else to them substantially). What doesn't help is that, as Linkara pointed out, it's positioned a little before the midway part of the episode, so by that time it becomes kind of a pace breaker. Thus far, the ''Beast Morphers'' theme's length has been the only real complaint fans have had this time around.
35	* MemeticMutation: The second season's crossovers, excellent writing and [[spoiler:clearing up a loose story end in ''RPM'']] has made fans call the series "The best anniversary season ever”. It helps that the CentralTheme of HumansAreSpecial is miles better than the attempt for ''Megaforce''.

37	* NarmCharm: In ''Silva Switch'', Steel (in Nate's body, ItMakesSenseInContext) starts singing a song about how it's great being human. It's so goddamn cheesy as hell, but it's also endearing since it fits into Steel's desires to be human.
38	* OlderThanTheyThink: In a sense - while ''Beast Morphers'' is the first ''TV Series'' to have a team that doesn't wear spandex suits, it's not the first entry in the franchise to use a material other than spandex for its suits - that would be ''Film/MightyMorphinPowerRangersTheMovie'', which had latex suits. It wouldn't even be the second, as that would go to ''Film/PowerRangers2017'', which had non-spandex suits.
39	* ShockingMoments:
40	** Let's just say, save for the rumors (which, considering the factors prior to the announcement, leads fans gunning for ''Kyuranger'' and not even thinking of going back), VERY FEW, if any people were expecting ''Go-Busters'' to finally get an adaptation.
41	** The second half of the second season is chalk full of them. [[spoiler:From the epic five-episode team up with not only an adaptation of Space Sheriff Gavan for the first half but also all three Dino Ranger teams for the second half to the revelation of Evox's identity which fulfills a cliffhanger [[Series/PowerRangersRPM eleven years in the making]], the season has no shortage of exciting moments]].

43	** Roxy's whip wires in the first episode are rather clear and conspicuous CGI, especially coming right after a highly-praised fight using almost entirely practical effects. However, given the unpredictable and potentially ''dangerous'' nature of actual whips, prop or otherwise, this is an understandable sacrifice.
44	** In "Source Code" when the Rangers are destroying the Grid Battleforce computers to stop Evox from getting into the Morphin' Grid, the flames and smoke from the blasted computers are pretty obvious CGI.
45	* StockFootageFailure: Vacuutron's eyes change from red to orange depending on what footage is being used (red for American, orange for sentai).
46	** In general, a lot of the monsters look subtly different from their Sentai counterparts, as a side-effect of having to be remade from scratch.
47	* StrawmanHasAPoint: In the very first scene, Blaze attacking Devon in karate class is meant to establish Blaze as a {{Jerkass}}, and Ravi and Roxy both admit later they should have stepped in. But the thing is that Devon really ''was'' slacking off in class, and when called on it he made excuses and ended up insulting Blaze in the process. As the teacher, Blaze was well within his rights to discipline him. There's no question that Blaze was completely out of line by starting a brawl and needlessly escalated things by bringing in weapons, but the show glosses over Devon's part in provoking the fight and treats Blaze as the only one at fault.

49	** While the majority remain optimistic with ''Beast Morphers''[='=] announcement, the decline in writing and story in [[Series/PowerRangersDinoCharge Dino Super Charge]] and Series/PowerRangersNinjaSteel as well as the return of many of the writers and showrunners from those seasons leave many in the fanbase concerned and cautious about a Go-Busters adaptation.
50	** Noam Kaniel's return as a composer has also caused discord seeing as many are dreading another ''Go Go Power Rangers'' revision[=/=]remix opening due to the lack of variety despite some deviations with ''Dino Charge'' (and to a lesser extent Ninja Steel) theme songs. Similar complaints to most of the generic music tracks in the Neo Saban Era have also resurfaced again following this announcement. Thankfully, with the official release of the [[https://youtu.be/Gkka1MudD8Q theme song]] it was confirmed to be another ''Go Go Power Rangers'' in the vein of ''Dino Charge'' as opposed to ''Samurai'', keeping the "Go Go Power Rangers" line but having its own original lyrics. Furthermore, Noam is not the only composer, as newcomer Matt [=McGuire=] splits composing duties with Noam on episodes.
51	** Although the fanbase seems very excited for the upcoming adaptation of ''Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters'', [[http://www.thathashtagshow.com/2019/05/17/exclusive-dino-thunder-team-not-to-return-for-power-rangers-beast-morphers-team-up/ reports]] that none of the cast from ''Dino Thunder'' are returning (at least not in person) have left many unhappy - especially among those who believe that the Disney Era is already treated as the black sheep of the franchise.[[note]]This may not necessarily be the show's fault since James Napier (Conner) and Emma Lahana (Kira) reportedly don't want to be involved in ''Power Rangers'' anymore . Also, the showrunners reportedly made early efforts to get Kevin Duhaney (Ethan), Jason David Frank (Tommy) and Jeffrey Parazzo (Trent) onboard, but those plans, for whatever reason, fell through (in the case of JDF, it's rumored that friction between Austin St. John and JDF may be the cause of this). Also not helping the matter is that the movie footage doesn't include the ranger forms of the latter two.[[/note]]
52	* TheyChangedItNowItSucks: Some fans are unhappy that the Gold Ranger's animal theme has been changed from a rhino beetle to a praying mantis. Others, however, don't mind the change or defend the change as necessary in order to avoid both the Gold and Silver Rangers having beetle themes. For extra irony, however, scientifically speaking, all rhinoceros beetles that Gold's motif clearly is, and actually was in ''Go-Busters'', is the ''actual'' scarab. Gold's motif could have been simply called a "scarab" to avoid the long name of "rhinoceros beetle". "Stag beetle" is a short enough name to keep as is.

54	** Some fans feel that Human Blaze and Human Roxy don't get nearly enough screen time or character development, considering they spent a whole season in a coma and awaken to find that they've been replaced with untrained rookies as rangers. The following season their reaction to Evox using their Avatar personalities in regenerating robots amounts to "that's freaky", and then it's never touched on except for [[spoiler: a single episode near the season's end where Robo-Blaze impersonates the real one]].
55	** The Beast Bots barring Steel certainly count, given how they're DemotedToExtra in comparison to their Sentai counterparts, who were major characters. They had major relevance in earlier episodes, but after Steel's introduction, they weren't nearly as featured. The closest was Cruise, but even then he was mostly there to remind viewers the Beast Bots exist and to serve as Devon's personal vehicle.
56	** The Dino Thunder Rangers have no importance in their appearance in "Grid Connection". By comparison, Evox had aligned himself with Sledge and his crew, and brought Goldar back to life, giving the Dino Charge and Mighty Morphin Rangers personal reasons to get involved. While Mesogog's secondary footsoldiers, the Triptoids, were among those restored, but it is hardly a reason. This made more sense in the Sentai, as Snide's Sentai counterpart was the clone of the counterpart of Zeltrax, a Dino Thunder villain. He has no connection with the Dino Thunder team. Furthermore, even if real life issues prevent them from being seen unmorphed, there is no attempt to have them even interact with the other rangers. The only on to actually speak is Conner, clearly not voice by James Napier or anyone who even sounds like him.
57	* UglyCute: The Dogotronic (a robotic dog assembled from salvaged Tronic pieces) in Episode 5 qualifies as this.
58	* UnexpectedCharacter:
59	** More like unexpected adaptation, as folks were predicting Saban Brands to adapt a Sentai series that came after ''Series/ShurikenSentaiNinninger'' for their ''Ninja Steel'' followup, with ''Series/UchuSentaiKyuranger'' being a top prediction. No one expected the series to backtrack and adapt a Sentai series it skipped over.
60	** The return of Austin St. John as [[Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers Jason]] along with Brennen Meija, Yoshi Sudarso and Davi Santos as [[Series/PowerRangersDinoCharge Tyler, Koda and Ivan]], effectively confirming the adaptation of the ''Go-Busters/Kyoryuger'' crossover.
61	** Episodes 10 and 11 of Season Two feature Captain Chaku, an American adaptation of Gavan Type-G from ''Film/SpaceSheriffGavanTheMovie''.

He and Vargoyle confront the Rangers and Ryjack then uses the re animator to summon Putties from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Vivix from Power Rangers Dino Charge]]
64	** Episode 12 of Season Two, ''Finders Keepers': [[spoiler: You think they'd save all of the past Power Rangers for the following episode did you? Think again. The Dino Charge Rangers, their mentor Keeper, and even their arch enemy Sledge (and his whole gang) show up in this story. On top of that, Evox gets his hands on all of Ryjack's collection, which includes Goldar's sword and Lord Zedd's staff]]

Yes. Goldar, now using the Neo-Grifforzer suit from the ''Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters'' team up movie, is back!]]
66	** Following that, [[spoiler:did you ever think that the BigBad of ''Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters'', Space War God Voldos, would ever be adaptated into the ''Power Rangers'' franchise? No? How about as ''Evox's personal Zord?!'']]
67	** The episode 'Source Code' reveals that [[spoiler: Evox was a spin-off of the Venjix Virus. Evox infiltrates Grid Battleforce, takes the Cell Shift Morpher from the Ranger Vault, and downloads the remainder of Venjix into his body, restoring him 100%]]. The revelation that [[spoiler: Nate was responsible for creating Evox as a young boy (using data from the morpher, serpent DNA, and Morph-X), prompts Zoey to contact Doctor K in the RPM dimension and ask her to pay a visit to Nate in the flesh. She does so and together they come up with an Evox anti-virus the Rangers use to destroy Robo-Blaze]].
68	** In the finale, the rangers attack Evox with [[spoiler: Legendary Ranger weapons - the Cloud Hatchet from ''RPM'', Dino Saber from ''Dino charge'', Delta Enforcer from ''SPD'', Thermo Blaster from ''Lightspeed'', and the Ninja Steel Super Blaster (which is particularly unexpected considering it was just a Megazord cockpit weapon in it's own season.]] And near the end we also get a cameo from [[spoiler: Colonel Truman, who's apprehended Scrozzle in his own dimension, with the aide of along with Ben and Betty and hands him over to Grid Battleforce.]]

70	** After ''[[Series/PowerRangersNinjaSteel Power Rangers Ninja Steel]]'' was considered inferior to ''Dino Super Charge'' by viewers and critics, combined with the arguments against skipping ''Series/TokumeiSentaiGoBusters'' and ''Series/ResshaSentaiToQger'', the Power Rangers fandom instantly exploded with the announcement of a ''Go-Busters'' adaptation.
71	** Some older fans were ready to just stop watching the newer seasons altogether, since it'd seemed the creative spark and good writing just wasn't there anymore. However, with the adaptation of ''Go-Busters'' being announced over one of the following ''Sentai'' seasons, the trailers showing off some interesting sneak peaks, and the toyline being considerably higher quality and taking fan feedback into account thanks to how Hasbro's been looking at the feedback from fans from the last several seasons of the franchise as opposed to Bandai, who seemed to be putting in almost a minimum amount of effort and seemed to not even be doing a good job at ''that,'' it's certainly resparked older fan interest in it after they viewed the Neo Saban Era as only having a few good seasons and a ''lot'' of duds.

74	*** The fact that within the ''first minute'' of the episode, it's made clear that Morph-X is the result of experimentation with the Morphing Grid won over a lot of fans who felt that the Neo-Saban era was going out of its way to ignore previous seasons of Power Rangers.[[note]]Not that argument ''ever'' held any water, with Samurai bringing back Bulk, Megaforce tying Gosei to Zordon even ''before'' we get around to Gokaiger footage and actual returning Rangers in Super Megaforce, and Ninja Steel maintaining a connection to Dino Charge in Sledge and company returning ''outside'' of the big team-up episode. Ironically, it's the dinosaur series that's the only one not connected to past series.[[/note]]
