1	* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: Could it be that the two doctors at Cyrez trying to "revive" Johnny Castellone were part of the "program" Haggerty mentions, and were purposely attempting to murder him by electrocution? It sure seems so, when they repeatedly shock him. And the enthusiasm of the one manning the paddles (played by Creator/CamrynManheim) suggests a certain level of malicious purpose. She declares, "Let's try it ONE MORE TIME!" even though she can see he's awake and aware, shaking his head in a negatory gesture and screaming through the bit placed in his mouth.
2	* CatharsisFactor: Eraser/Krueger successfully and awesomely [[spoiler:takes out [=DeGuerin=], Harper and all their other co-conspirators by tricking them onto a train track in their vehicle and leaving them totally trapped and stranded as the train comes barreling towards them and totally smashes and obliterated them all at once]].

4	* CompleteMonster: [[BigBad Undersecretary of Defense Daniel Harper]] and [[TheDragon Marshal Robert DeGuerin]] are a {{greed}}y duo planning to [[ArmsDealer sell powerful weapons]] to a known terrorist. [=DeGuerin=] acts as a mole within the Witness Security Protection Program (WITSEC), murdering witnesses to cover their tracks, including one he was charged to protect. When Marshal John Krueger catches on to the duo, [=DeGuerin=] drugs his drink, rendering him unconscious, and murders a WITSEC deputy with Krueger's gun, [[FrameUp making the latter a fugitive]]. [=DeGuerin=] and Harper then go on to try to line their own pockets, apathetic to the fact they are risking global terrorism in doing so.
5	* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: The people that Kruger helped in the past are shown to be very grateful of him having saved them and will do anything to help him in return, with Mei-Ling providing a place for Cullen to stay for until her hearings, Father Rodriguez letting them use his car, and of course Johnny helping the two in the latter half of the movie.
6	* SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome: Arnie wielding two railguns. You do the math.
7	* OneSceneWonder: Creator/JamesCromwell shows up for one scene as a CorruptCorporateExecutive who has a particularly hammy VillainousBreakdown that ends with him [[AteHisGun eating his gun]].
8	* TheProblemWithLicensedGames: ''Eraser: Turnabout'', a game loosely based on the movie, was a lame 2D shooting gallery with full motion video that was quickly forgotten upon release.
9	* RetroactiveRecognition: Creator/JohnSlattery is one of the FBI agents who's helping Dr. Lee in her first scene.
10	* SignatureScene: Kruger kills two railgun-wielding {{mooks}}, then [[GunsAkimbo dual-wields]] said railguns and goes on a rampage on the remaining mooks.
11	* SpecialEffectsFailure:
12	** If you look carefully at the ending scene where the limo is destroyed by an oncoming train, you can catch the fact that the limo actually explodes ''before'' the train even touches it!
13	** The CGI alligators (done by Creator/IndustrialLightAndMagic, no less!) have aged poorly. Apparently, this was due to ExecutiveMeddling causing the scene to be too brightly lit, thus preventing them from being integrated properly.
