* SugarWiki/AwesomeArt: Once the beard starts to grow out of StylisticSuck, the animation looks ''really'' good.
* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: The Squib Lullaby
** "I Feel a Feeling"
* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: That Guy and The Other Guy trying to hijack the opening song in "Weirdy Feeling"
* BizarroEpisode: "Drawing Song"
* CantUnhearIt: Just ''try'' talking about either ComicBook/{{Batman}} or ComicBook/SpiderMan without pronouncing the baby-talk version of their names for whom the series is titled. It's harder than it sounds.
* CultClassic: While nowhere near as vastly popular as Mondo Media's other less-niche shows, this one in particular is ''deeply'' beloved by pretty much every fan of Mondo Media. Probably due to how much it sticks out from the rest of the vulgar, gorey shows that Mondo is known for.
* EnsembleDarkHorse: Pumkin. The creators have evidently taken note of his popularity, and as such Pumkin's been pretty much the main focus of Season 2 so far.
* EpilepticTrees: Fans have speculated that the Basement Monsters' Pie Portal is actually a Pumpkin Pie made from Pumkin's innards after he was carved by the Basement Monsters.
** {{Jossed}}, as Season 3 revealed it's actually a pizza pie. [[ADogNamedDog Named "Pizza".]]
* GrowingTheBeard: "Guess Da Number" starts it when things become slightly more comprehensible and Baman and Piderman start becoming more distinct, as well as introducing That Guy and The Other Guy.
** The ChristmasEpisode, "Happy Winter Friends" is where most fans say that the show gets really good. With the episode having genuine stakes, the introduction of various new characters, kickstarting the whole "Piderman is being haunted" StoryArc, and most importantly, Pumkin getting his body.
** "Revealations" is another particularly bump in quality. As it introduces genuine CharacterDevelopment, something that continues for the rest of the series.
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: Squib holding Pumkin's hand in Revealations. D'awwwww
** In Revealations Part 2, we get Piderman becoming very distressed when he discovers that Dese Guys were in the Baman costume and that Baman was missing, and Pumkin calming him down by stroking his head.
* HeartwarmingInHindsight: As the show went on, the relationship between its co-creators, Alex Butera and Lindsay Smalls developed as well. It's noticable that the first episode listed the credits with Alex's name first, and below it, written "helps: Lindsay Smalls", then later episodes opened with "Created by Alex Butera and Lindsay Smalls", until final installments opened with [[RelationshipUpgrade "Created by Alex and Lindsay Smalls-Butera".]]
* MemeticMutation: The original short before it got picked up by Mondo, and mentioning {{shipping}} Pumkin and Squib is becoming one as of late.
* {{Moe}}: Pumkin. Doubly so after [[spoiler: he gains a body.]]
* ViewerGenderConfusion:
** Many of the youtube comments on newer episodes ask if Pumkin is a girl.
** Squib, too. WordOfGod says Pumkin is a boy and Squib is... [[MathematiciansAnswer a squib]].
