3	''The Talented Mr. Bixby'' is a web animation series that lasted throughout 2008. It is about a man who works as a janitor at Shoehorn High School but tries to be everything whenever someone is needed as a substitute. Though he has a big heart he often fails miserably at everything he does. The series was fairly short-lived like all the "Wedgies" Cartoon Network created for the block on the channel at the time.

He gives the students an impossible essay, or they can go to the auto parts store and get a jug of blinker fluid. Most of the class dashes out, leaving Mr. Bixby alone with whom he thinks are the smart ones. They aren't. [[spoiler:Everyone but the students who strapped rockets to Mr. Bixby's van, anyway.]] As the students leave the room, they actually pass a sign that says "NOTICE: Blinker Fluid Does Not Exist". They come across an ''identical'' sign at the auto parts store and stare blankly at it.
16	* ToiletHumor: In "The Substitute Bus Driver" instead of taking the students to the aquarium, he takes them to the sewage treatment plant, despite the obvious signs everywhere they go.
17	* UncannyValley: When Bixby comes up with Trixie, a girl sock puppet in "The Substitute Job Counselor". She looks rather unsettling, even to Amy who is rather creeped out by it.
18	* WhereTheHellIsSpringfield: The state where Shoehorn High School and Shoehorn County are set in was not shown or talked about.
