A long-lost anthro {{webcomic}} by Steven Graziano, '''''[=CoyoteVille=]!''''' is about Sean O’Desse, a coyote living in the desert with his friends Mulder and Beneatha Fox, Fyodore the Lizard, Ed the dead cowskull head, and a whole bunch of countless other native inhabitants. It features ''WesternAnimation/LooneyTunes''-style humor and art.

The comic originally ran from 1997 to 2002 until it was axed [[WhyFandomCantHaveNiceThings due to]] {{troll}}s bashing the comic as well as the creator for trying to be a "self-aggrandizing celebrity.” Approximately eleven years later, on January 1, 2013, it was finally UnCanceled.

The original series is available [[https://web.archive.org/web/20201111231307/ here]] and the new series is on Graziano's (now going as [[PenName Steve MacIntyre]]) [[http://coyoteville.stevemacintyre.me/ website]] as well as his Website/{{Tumblr}} [[http://coyoteville.tumblr.com/ comic blog]] and [[https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery/draconis0868/folder/147508/CoyoteVille FurAffinity account]].

!!This comic includes examples of:
%%* AcmeProducts: What Sean often uses to fool anyone.
* AlienAutopsy: [[https://web.archive.org/web/20150906200556/http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=5 This strip]] has Sean (alongside a few other coyotes) perform an autopsy on an alien. He discovers that its internals have a "creamy nuget center", and has a fondue party with the body in it at the last panel!
%%* AllDesertsHaveCacti
* AnimalJingoism: Sean hunting rabbits? Good point.
* ArtEvolution: Compare [[http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=5 this]] to [[http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=8 this]] to [[http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=136 this]] to [[http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=506 this]] and finally to [[http://coyoteville.stevemacintyre.me/archive/130101.jpg this]].
%%* ArtShift
%%* {{Cancellation}} --> {{Revival}} / UnCanceled: By eleven years. Possibly the biggest (and most mysterious) gap for a webcomic.
%%* CunningLikeAFox: Subverted with Mulder, but played straight with Beneatha and Chance.
%%* DesertSkull / OracularHead: Ed.
* DogsAreDumb: Sean, if a coyote could easily count as dumb.
* EverythingsLouderWithBagpipes: In [[https://web.archive.org/web/20150504210702/http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=505 the April 25, 2001 strip]], Sean wears a pair of "Baggy-pant-pipes", which contains a bagpipe that he plays around Mulder in the last panel. The latter covers his ears due to hating the loud melody that he ends up being subjected to.
* FacePalm: In [[https://web.archive.org/web/20210508112059/http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/ the November 28, 2002 strip]] of the original run, Sean performs a facepaw in response to hearing that Ed collects dust as a hobby.
%%* FourFingeredHands: Most of the characters.
* FunnyAnimal: The cast consists of anthropomorphic coyotes, foxes, and lizards.
%%* FurIsClothing: Shown in some strips.
%%* FurryFemaleMane: A few of the females.
%%* GadgeteerGenius: Beneatha.
* HalfDressedCartoonAnimal: Sean used to often wear either a bandanna or a vest or sometimes even both in the old run, then he later dropped them by the end of it thus becoming fully naked all the time, which was lampshaded [[http://coyoteville.stevemacintyre.me/archive/130220.png here]] when the webcomic is brought back.
** A certain amount of his disguises may count.
* JiveTurkey: In the [[https://www.furaffinity.net/view/15095348/ November 27, 2014 strip]], Sean shows Ed a literal jive turkey... who expresses his displeasure about getting caught with a ton of slang and "hip", rapper-style mannerisms that's written in a FunetikAksent.
-->'''Turkey''': So's I wuz plum hangin' around hangin' mah doodad and dis coyote picks me down and walks off wid me! Sheee! Can ya' imagine da damn shock? Man, dis place be crazy, why be he rappin' t'a crazy cranium?
%%* LampshadeHanging
%%* ManChild: Sean.
%%* MasterOfDisguise: Sometimes Sean.
%%* MediumAwareness
* NegativeContinuity: Quite usually. Justified because it's a cartoon.
* NewYearsResolution: In [[https://web.archive.org/web/20150907174637/http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=7 the December 30, 1997 strip]], Mulder's new year resolution is to prove that "hoomans" exist, Sean's is "the usual" (which he describes as "try to be cool, not bite my claws"), and Ed's is to make a bunch of new friends. The last panel ironically has the latter saying that he keeps breaking his resolutions earlier each year.
%%* ThePhilosopher / TheConscience: Fyodore and Ed.
* ThePollyanna: Sean has an incredibly optimistic attitude towards everyone and everything else (which would certainly explain his smile in a lot of the comics).
* PostModernism: Often drew humor from its characters knowing they were in a comic strip.
%%* {{Pun}}: Its main source of humor.
* {{Rascally Rabbit}}s: They're everywhere, and they're Sean's biggest enemies.
* RoadRunnerVsCoyote: {{Averted}} for the most part. Sean seems to be surprisingly successful with catching rabbits.
%%* SmallNameBigEgo: Sean.
* SpinOff: ''[[http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=53 Coyote Creek]]'', which is much shorter lived and supposedly more dramatic. Some of the early [=CoyoteVille=] comics were called "Coyote Creek" on purpose.
* SpotlightStealingTitle: '''''Coyote'''''''Ville''
%%* StraightMan: Mulder.
%%* StrawFeminist: Beneatha.
%%* ThoseTwoGuys: Fyodore and Ed, again.
%%* ThoseWilyCoyotes: Sean.
%%* {{Tsundere}}: Beneatha.
* VisualPun: In the [[https://web.archive.org/web/20150911220519/http://www.fatpandakc.com/coyoteville/?p=12 May 5, 1998 strip]], Sean deals with a runny nose that's running away from him.
