Afterwards the moderates, the Breen, the Gorn and the Romulans, seeing as they have seen the advantages of working together but figuring out that said Typhon Pact allies are never going to be willing to not simply use their "allies" as pawns they decide to either make a more neutral alliance with just themselves or outright sign on the Khitomer Accords. |
