9	** This is set in the early days of the Guardians, so we have yet to meet a younger version of Sam Alexander.

Since Ronan is BackFromTheDead, it would make sense that he was the one who killed them off, because he's the one who has a grudge against the Xandarians, yet the planet remained intact, as it was mentioned in ''Avengers Assemble'' that Thanos was imprisoned in Xandar.

Possibilities as a result may include more team-ups with the S.H.I.E.L.D. Trainees, S.M.A.S.H., and the Avengers. We may see [[spoiler:Red Skull acting under the command of Thanos for a few episodes, consequently finally seeing what Thanos actually did with the Tesseract he gave him, and even what drove Skull mad prior to his escape back to Earth.]] We might even get to see [[NoodleIncident what happened]] that led to Nick Fury declaring Gamora no longer allowed on Earth.
