Team Fortress Arcade is a 2011 fan-made VideogameDemake of VideoGame/TeamFortress2 created by Eric Ruth in the style of a classic arcade BeatEmUp, complete with Retraux 16-bit graphics and up to 4-player CoOpMultiplayer. All nine classes from VideoGame/TeamFortress2 are playable, and there are nine side-scrolling stages, each featuring a different character from the opposing team as a boss, as well as a bonus tenth stage featuring a cameo appearance by [[spoiler:Cave Johnson]] as the FinalBoss.

!! Team Fortress Arcade contains examples of:

* AirborneMook: The bomb-dropping helicopter bots. Most classes are unable to hit them thanks to being unable to aim up.
* AttackItsWeakPoint: The RED Sniper is never fought directly. Instead, the BLU team opts to destroy the supports for his sniping perch.
* BeatEmUp
* BottomlessMagazines: All the characters have unlimited amounts of ammunition.
* ChargeAttack: The Sniper's rifle. Uncharged shots are weak, but charged shots penetrate enemies and deal massive damage.
* FinalBoss: The giant robot from Portal, [[spoiler:2}} Cave Johnson]], who attacks you with [[spoiler:exploding lemons]].
* FragileSpeedster: The Scout, with the fastest movement speed and the lowest HP.
* GameBreakingBug: There's a chance that the game may crash when there are too many explosions or particles on the screen. It also may bug out if the Engineer boss summons four Mini-Sentries or more, making the game Unwinnable if he uses it.
* GatlingGood: The Heavy and his signature minigun, ICallItVera Sasha.
* GiantSpaceFleaFromNowhere: The final boss.
* HardLevelsEasyBosses: Stage 6. The Engineer's pretty easy to defeat, but his level is Payload Race with loads of GoddamnedBats and DemonicSpiders attacking you.
** Stage 8. The Sniper's supports for his platform are easily destroyed, but to get to that point, you must first get through a huge army of Huntsman-wielding archer robots and navigate electric floor traps.
* HealingShiv: The Medic's primary weapon is still the Medigun, used for healing your teammates. (It's not very good in the single-player mode.)
* MechaMooks: The RED sentrymen that appear in each stage.
* TheMedic: The Medic.
* OneHitKill: The RED spy's BackStab, just like in the original game. Averted by the BLU spy's backstab, which deals relatively good damage and will destroy most regular enemies, but cannot kill bosses in one hit.
* Retraux: As is typical of demakes.
* RocketJump: Included for the Soldier. Pressing the attack button immediately after jumping triggers a rocket jump. Laying down sticky bombs with the Demoman and jumping over them as you set them off grant a similar effect. Thankfully, you don't get damaged unlike in the original game.
* ShieldedCoreBoss: The Medic. You face off a huge, tough robot that you must kill. Once it goes down, the Medic will rush in from offscreen to heal the robot, allowing you to hurt him. He runs off and repeats the process once the robot is fully healed.
* SecretAIMoves: When the computer controls them, enemies have special attacks. The Scout moves at super-speed with blur effects (much like his Bonk! Atomic Punch, though he still takes damage), the Soldier can fly into the air and rain rockets down at you, the Spy teleports instead of cloaking, the Heavy can eat his Sandvich to heal himself, etc.
* ThrowDownTheBomblet: The Demoman, of course, with his trademark grenades and sticky bombs.
* VisibleInvisibility: The Spy, who shows up as a white outline when cloaked.
