3An ActionAdventure game based on ''[[Franchise/BeautyAndTheBeastDisney Beauty And The Beast]]'', developed by Software Creations and Sunsoft for the ''Platform/SegaGenesis'' in 1993. Based on [[WesternAnimation/BeautyAndTheBeast the 1991 Disney animated movie]], it's one of the two ''Beauty And the Beast'' games released at the same time, with the other being ''Roar Of the Beast''. As the subtitle implies, this game stars Belle in an adventure involving various puzzles and missions.

5Belle has to explore around, search and gather clues on the whereabouts of her father, all the while outwitting the stubborn Gaston along the way. Belle's Journey involves riding her trusty steed Philippe, exploring through the dark forest and eventually the Beast's castle. But Belle has to beware of various traps, enemies and challenges in her way. Along the way she'll meet the other characters from the film who will help her in various bonus rounds. The game features faithful renditions of popular and recognizable songs from the movie.

Come stage 2, the game changes mood ''harshly'': Belle has to traverse a dark forest with many dangers, then goes into Beast's west wing with some platform sections and more enemies, and finally she and Philippe, her horse, have to jump over forest ravines in an autoscrolling section.
