For about a week after this was discovered, /v/ had that exact text on the top of every page.

4	** Explicitly set up and marketed by Creator/ElectronicArts to take on ''VideoGame/CallOfDuty''. The {{tagline}} for ''Battlefield 3'' is "Above and Beyond the Call".

The Close Quarters DLC, as the name suggests, focuses on indoor fights in tightly packed places.

13	** An early casting call for the game mentioned a character named Joseph, who was described as being a "shadowy international terrorist with fatalistic philospohical leanings" who had dual citizenship between Lebanon and the United States. Due to the description matching between these two characters, it's possible that Joseph was an early version of [[BigBad Solomon]].
