1	* ColbertBump: With the inclusion of him as a GuestFighter, ''VideoGame/FridayNightFunkin'' has brought some new fans for Pico.
2	* CrossDressingVoices: Nene's voice clips in ''Nene Interactive Suicide'' were provided by Tom Fulp himself and his friend Sean.
3	* DevelopmentHell: ''Pico 2'' has been this for nearly two decades at this point, though Tom Fulp has said that he still wants to finish it. It became a recurring joke on Newgrounds, with a few joke-submissions by the fans and being included as one of the few joke stretch goals for ''Friday Night Funkin': The Full-Ass Game''.
4	* DisownedAdaptation: Piconjo hates the version of himself created by Mindchamber for ''VideoGame/NewgroundsRumble'', calling it closer to an original character with his name[[note]]for various reasons, including the character's alignment as evil when he always championed Piconjo as a force of good[[/note]] than the character he initially created and generally mocking the design in over-the-top fashions as per his persona as an internet {{Troll}}. Of course, this is mainly in kayfabe; the actual user accepts all versions of Piconjo as valid, even if Mindchamber's version is vastly different to the original.
5	* FandomLifeCycle: Stage X. After Pico made an appearance as a GuestFighter in ''VideoGame/FridayNightFunkin'', many people have become quite curious about where his origins came from. This brought new fans to the series... at the cost of a BrokenBase.
6	* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: With the "secrets" system being removed, the original version of ''Pico vs. Bear'' (''Bloodshed in the Big House that Blew'') is no longer officially accessible.
7	* NewbieBoom: Pico appearing in ''VideoGame/FridayNightFunkin'' caused a resurgence in popularity to both his series and Newgrounds in general after remaining dormant for more than a decade.
8	* ScrewedByTheLawyers: After Creator/{{Disney}} and [[Creator/JimHenson The Jim Henson Company]] found out about ''Pico vs. Bear'', it had to be taken down and edited to replace the characters from ''Series/BearInTheBigBlueHouse'' with {{Captain Ersatz}}es. 10	* TrollingCreator: Piconjo, the creator of, well, [[EvilCounterpart Piconjo,]] returned to his account after 15 years of absence (with the explanation of having "pwned Death"), declared [[Lol69 June 9th]] "Piconjo Day" in his typical IntentionalEngrishForFunny and said Piconjo's true name is "Oliver [[PunnyName Longwood]] the 69th". He also made a few comics expressing exaggerated revulsion at his character's redesign for ''Newgrounds Rumble'' while at the same time favoriting art of said design, and since his return rather than signing off with "Piconjo pwns j00" now signs off with "Piconjo luvs j00".[[note]]Piconjo has [[https://piconjo.newgrounds.com/news/post/1178142 made a post]] somewhat explaining that several of his over-the-top antics and revulsion at the Mindchamber depiction of Piconjo is a form of {{Kayfabe}}, and that all interpretations of Piconjo are valid ones as long as the audience embraces them.[[/note]]

12	** There is an old demo (available for Newgrounds supporters) for what was supposed to be ''Pico 2'' as a sequel taking place months after the events of the original game with the alien Ghettobots as the antagonists. A few of Pico's schoolmates survived the shooting, including Nene (a character the player can spare in the first game), Darnell (who was absent during the incident), and another kid, named Timmy, that was a classmate of Alucard's that Pico had never interacted with before. Darnell serves as the ExpositionFairy who explains in the intro that he and his buddies outside of school shot a spaceship containing aliens that look like earth ghetto boys. In gameplay, Pico can use GoodOldFisticuffs aside from his gun, interact with various characters outside the school setting with different optional dialogue that still allows different interpretation of Pico, go from location to location outside of school, compete as a DJ akin to ''VideoGame/FridayNightFunkin'', and even have cutscenes. The project seems to have been QuietlyCancelled, though, due to it being rather very ambitious at the time and the creator needing to work.
13	** ''Pico 2'' was meant to have an RPG-like leveling system, and the Goth Punks would have had proteges who would serve as boss battles alongside the Ghettobots. Cyclops was meant to reappear as a decomposing zombie, confirming that [[CuttingOffTheBranches canonically, Pico killed Cyclops and (maybe) Alucard]] during ''Pico's School''.
14	** The description for ''Resident Pico'' mentions that it was made for a ''VideoGame/WarioWare''-esque collab, that never took off. Tom decided to release it separately for Pico Day 2006.
