* ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDad'':
** Hayley flies into one of these every time she gets dumped, leaving a trail of collateral damage in her wake. Apparently, this had been going on since childhood, where she once set the classroom on fire and killed the pet hamster.
--->'''Stan:''' The autopsy said she was pregnant.
** When Roger starts a limo ride service, he goes on a quest to kill five frat guys who stiffed him when he gave them a ride.
* When ''WesternAnimation/{{Archer}}'' found out that the Irish mob had been selling people fake cancer medication, he went on what he described as a "Chemo-fuelled rampage" straight out of ''Film/ManOnFire'' (with a side order of ''Series/MagnumPI''). Oh, and filmed the whole thing, and called the result "Terms of Enrampagement," or possibly "Casablumpkin."
** It bears repeating that he was '''actually''' on chemo at the time. Also, he shouts "'''RAMPAGE!!!'''" before attacking.
** Later, when he encounters Conway, the man who LITERALLY stabbed him in the back, he yells: REVENGE RAMPAGE!! before rushing in and whaling on him.
** Then, of course, there's [[spoiler: Woodhouse's example in WWI after the pilot he tended to was shot down]]. That one needs to be seen to be believed.
--->'''Woodhouse''': ...Then they gave me the VC and my papers. Medical discharge.\
'''Stinky''': Because of the scalps.\
'''Archer''': The ''what?!''\
'''Stinky''': German scalps. Must have been fifty of them.\
'''Archer''': ''[shocked]'' That's a lot of scalps!\
'''Stinky''': [[CrossesTheLineTwice Could have made a blanket]].
** Lana herself isn't safe from not showing this when she learns that [=AJ=] had been kidnapped and she goes on a rampage so scary that Archer becomes the logical one trying to reel her in.
* In the first season finale of ''WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender'' the moon spirit is killed by Zhao, causing the ocean spirit to go berserk, merge with Aang in the avatar state, and go on a rampage through the capital of the northern water tribe. The waterbenders all kneel in reverence and are spared, while the firebenders are instantly swept into the ocean, presumably towards their death. It then proceeds to enter into the ocean itself, chasing after the retreating ships until it notices the moon has been restored. With this, it calms down and returns Aang to dry land... but not before taking Zhao with it to the spirit world for eternal torment for his crime.
** Aang does this in the Book 2 premiere, "[[Recap/AvatarTheLastAirbenderTheAvatarState The Avatar State]]", when General Fong buries Katara beneath the Earth in a [[GoneHorriblyRight deliberate attempt to trigger the Avatar State]] to fight the Fire Lord. Even after the General returns Katara, Aang nearly destroys the Fortress before Roku pulls his spirit out for a lesson on his power.
** Aang nearly does this yet again in the episode "[[Recap/AvatarTheLastAirbenderTheDesert The Desert]]" when Toph recognizes the voices of the Sandbenders who stole Appa. He's sent into the Avatar State, and his friends urge the Sandbenders to flee while Katara snaps him out of it before he hurts anyone.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheAvengersEarthsMightiestHeroes'': After Amora the Enchantress nearly becomes a slave of Baron Zemo, leader of the Masters of Evil, she tortures each member one by one, building up to an attempted killing of Zemo.
* WesternAnimation/{{Beetlejuice}} is prone to conducting these on the assorted villains he encounters, especially if they've made the mistake of kidnapping his beloved [[MoralityChain morality chain]], Lydia. As soon as he completes the RoaringRampageOfRescue and she's safe, this trope often ensues.
* Basically the whole point of ''WesternAnimation/DanVs''. Whenever our titular AntiHero is wronged in some way, he will never hesitate to take vindictive action in rather illicitly raucous ways, which involves him blowing up an animal shelter [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold (after releasing the animals)]], committing arson, chemical warfare, polluting a local beach, and even ''destroying the whole country of Canada.''
* ''DC Animated Universe'':
** In the ''WesternAnimation/BatmanTheAnimatedSeries'' episode [[Recap/BatmanTheAnimatedSeriesE25TheClockKing "The Clock King"]], Temple Fugate makes a Stoic Rampage of Revenge against Mayor Hill.
** In a WhatIf episode of ''The New Batman Adventures'', we see just what Commissioner Gordon would do if Barbara was killed in the line of bat-duty. Gordon identifies and captures the remaining Bat Family, and systematically dismantles the whole operation more quickly and thoroughly than any member of Batman's rogue's gallery could ever ''dream'' of accomplishing. He even personally leads a police raid on the actual Batcave.
** In the finale of ''WesternAnimation/SupermanTheAnimatedSeries'', Superman is {{brainwashed|AndCrazy}} by {{ComicBook/Darkseid}} to attack the Earth. By the time his true memories are restored, he is a pariah and Supergirl is in critical condition. Superman decides to "settle it" by going to Apokolips - taking down Parademons, Granny Goodness, the Furies, and Kalibak before facing Darkseid himself.
** In ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague'', Superman is experimented upon, both by Darkseid and Braniac. When Braniac's ship is set to self-destruct Superman confronts Darkseid and beats him to a pulp, PRIOR to removing his Motherbox [[LetThemDie so he can't escape.]] Superman is only stopped from finishing him by Batman, because otherwise, he would have died from the explosion.
** This is Darkseid's motive in the final episode of ''[[WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague Justice League Unlimited]]'' and the Franchise/DCAnimatedUniverse as a whole, to get revenge on Superman for killing him a few seasons earlier, [[ForcedToWatch first by forcing him to see Earth burn]] then cutting his heart out with a kryptonite knife for a war trophy.
** In an alternate universe where Lex Luthor is elected president, kills the Flash, and is on the verge of starting what is implied to be a nuclear war, Superman breaks into the White House and fries Luthor with his heat vision when the villain taunts him about how [[TheCape his]] [[ThouShallNotKill morality]] lead to all this and will allow it to continue. Then the Justice League takes over the ''world'' over this, [[HeWhoFightsMonsters becoming the tyrannical Justice Lords]].
** The plot of the ''WesternAnimation/JusticeLeague'' episode "Hereafter" is kicked off by a [[VillainTeamUp group of villains]] banding together to avenge themselves on Superman. After Toyman [[ReportsOfMyDeathWereGreatlyExaggerated apparently]] disintegrates Superman, Wonder Woman grabs him, intending to put her fist through his head. Flash talks her down, pointing out that [[MoralityChainBeyondTheGrave Superman wouldn't want that]].
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Gargoyles}}'':
** Goliath goes on a semi-undeserved one against Dracon and his men when he mistakenly believes they were the ones who shot and injured Elisa. He only stopped once Broadway admits that he was the one to accidentally shoot Elisa, not Dracon.
** After the Hunters almost killed his daughter Angela, he swears revenge and proceeds to hunt them down in a rage.
* ''WesternAnimation/HarleyQuinn2019'': Harley's goal in Season 1 was to get revenge on the Joker for [[DomesticAbuse his abuse]] and her goal in Season 2 is to get revenge on the Injustice League for usurping her and freezing her for months.
* [[WesternAnimation/InvaderZim Zim]] decides it's a good idea to look through time and replace certain objects with [[ItMakesSenseInContext rubber piggies]] in order to horribly maim Dib. When his latest piggy actually 'kills' Dib, his father builds him an exoskeleton that [[SuperPoweredRobotMeterMaids gives him the strength of ten thousand little boys]], which he then puts to very good use.
* ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagic'':
** The [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS2E19PuttingYourHoofDown "Putting Your Hoof Down"]] episode involves Fluttershy colliding with the {{jerkass}} ponies she came across after she gets her assertiveness from Iron Will.
** In [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS4E26TwilightsKingdomPart2 "Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2"]], once Tirek blows up the Library, Twilight stops trying to hold her magic back and instead goes all out in trying to stop him.
* Rick Sanchez from ''WesternAnimation/RickAndMorty'' is prone to this:
** When he sees Tammy gun down his best friend Bird Person he completely loses it and shoots at all the Galactic Federation killing some of their members. But is mostly targeting Tammy and gives her a DeathGlare to show his murderous hatred towards her.
** A flashback in "Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort" shows him [[spoiler:in a shootout with alternate versions of himself who argue that killing them won't bring "her" back. Rick says he's on more of a vengeance kick than a results one. An exchange with a past memory of himself implies the "her" in question was Rick's original Beth, who is confirmed to be dead.]]
** "Rickmurai Jack" reveals that [[spoiler:the backstory he fabricated in the "Rickshank Redemption" was [[RealAfterAll actually true to a point]], and both Diane and Beth were killed by an alternate Rick. After he intially looked for him peacefully across the multiverse, and his stint with Birdperson before being rejected, he spent years killing different versions of himself and trying to find the Rick who killed his family, but he never found him. It appears that his failure to find this Rick is what drove him to become the alcoholic, nihilistic and depressed man we know now.]]
* Happens in the ''WesternAnimation/RobotChicken'' sketch ''[[https://www.adultswim.com/videos/robot-chicken/i-saw-mommy-kissing-santa-claus I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus]]'' when a man thinks his wife cheated on him with Santa Claus (because his daughter was singing the titular song) and murders a couple of Eskimos while interrogating them.
-->'''Man:''' '''''Where is he?! Where's that [[PrecisionFStrike motherfucker]] Santa Claus?!?!'''''\
'''Eskimo 1:''' What the hell, man? He's not real.\
'''Eskimo 2:''' [[ComicallyMissingThePoint Do you know how long it takes to carve an ice door?]]
* In ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'', the remaining Diamonds [[spoiler: set off a sonic explosion that corrupts every unshielded Gem left on Earth. This was actually supposed to [[NeverSayDie shatter]] all the Gems, but was screwed up by the absence of Pink Diamond. Before this, they had gathered the shards of shattered gems and forced them together to create the Cluster, which would destroy the Earth once it emerged.]] Their reasoning for doing this was to [[spoiler: avenge Pink, who was seemingly shattered by a Crystal Gem during the rebellion on Earth, which was to be her first colony]].
* Arcee in ''WesternAnimation/TransformersPrime'' has a moment where she stormed the Decepticon ship, killing Vehicons to [[spoiler: find an amnesic Optimus.]]
** [[PapaWolf Optimus]] goes to [[TranquilFury fight and actually try to]] ''[[OOCIsSeriousBusiness kill]]'' Megatron in a one-to-one death match after [[spoiler: the latter nearly killed Raf.]]
** [[spoiler: Predaking proceeds to hand Ultra Magnus and Wheeljack their skidplates after they blow up the Predacon clones.]]
*** [[spoiler: He does it again to the 'Cons when he finds out they were behind the destruction of his brethren, culminating in beating the slag out of ''Megatron''.]]
* This is how [[VoluntaryShapeshifting Morph]] from the '90s ''WesternAnimation/XMenTheAnimatedSeries'' cartoon begins the second season, after being [[MorethanMindControl corrupted]] / [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwashed]] into [[FaceHeelTurn hating]] his former team for, as far as he's concerned, abandoning him to die. In the course of ONE EPISODE he 1) invalidates Cyclops and Jeans wedding and sends them into a trap on their would-be honeymoon, 2) sends Professor X and Magneto into another trap in Antarctica (where they will remain stuck for the entire season!), 3) tricks Gambit into kissing [[PowerCopying Rogue]], knocking him out for hours and saddling Rogue with an [[PowerIncontinence uncontrollable]] version of his powers, 4) pisses off Jubilee then tricks her into going to the headquarters of the "Friends of Humanity" (an anti-mutant terrorist group) and revealing herself as a mutant, 5) locks Beast in the "[[VirtualTrainingSimulation Danger Room]]" alone with the difficulty settings set [[{{Pun}} dangerously]] (almost [[DeadlyTrainingArea fatally]]) high, and 6) tricks Rogue and Storm into going to try and stop a riot with no back-up, then makes the police think THEY were the instigators and has them open fire on Storm, putting her in the hospital. Literally, the only X-Man that escapes his rage is Wolverine. YMMV on whether this is just because he hadn't gotten to him yet when he was exposed or for some other reason (and if, so just what the reason [[OddFriendship could]] [[HoYay be]]).
** Wolverine would've been much harder to fool: one sniff and Wolverine would've known it was Morph.
