1	Donatello feels intellectually inferior to the professor while the Triceratons attack and try to obtain the black hole pieces.

3	* ArtisticLicenseBiology: The Virus creatures don't exhibit many virus-like behaviors.
4	* TheBadGuyWins: The Triceratons steal the two BHG pieces and heavily damage the Ulixes.
5	* BigFishInABiggerOcean: Donatello begins to feel useless compared to Professor Honeycutt (a space-faring scientist with many years of advanced, interplanetary data to work off of), a problem only made worse when he's "3,000 years behind" on transdimensional concepts in physics by virtue on being from a non-spacefaring world like Earth.
6	* BizarreAlienBiology: the Skeevix "Virus" has a three-stage life-cycle similar to insects. They start off as a mass of fast-moving yellow worms which soon enter a pupal stage, forming cocoons wherein they rapidly grow into bipedal [[Film/{{Gremlins}} gremlin]]-like creatures.
7	* DrosteImage: The image of Chris Bradford holding the "Chris Bradford's Honey-Nut Extra Energy Trail Mix Treat" box goes on and on.
8	* EarthShatteringKaboom: When the Ulixes manages to dodge the planet killer missiles sent in their direction, the missiles instead hit a nearby moon, blowing it to smithereens and creating an instant AsteroidThicket.
9	* EvenEvilHasStandards: When Mozar tells his soldiers to release the Skeevix Virus, one of them objects, stating that it is outlawed in over two thousand star systems. Mozar is really determined to destroy the turtles and get the black hole generator pieces though and disregards this.
10	* FamilyUnfriendlyDeath: Most of the Skeevix are reduced to green splatters onscreen, with one being broken down and crudely turned into pizza while still alive when it's stuffed into the Think-a-Food Machine, [[CruelAndUnusualDeath reducing it to a scattering of body parts that dies in sight]].
11	* GoryDiscretionShot: Fugitoid vaporizing the Triceraton soldier with his [[DisintegratorRay Fusion Cannon]] is given this treatment.
12	* GripingAboutGremlins: The Skeevix adult form, which are small humanoid creatures which wreck spaceships, Casey and Mikey even call them "space gremlins".
13	* LivingWeapon: The Skeevix Virus is some sort of biological weapon so heinous its use has been widely banned across the universe.
14	* MicrowaveTheDog: Casey manages to trap one of the Skeevix "Gremlins" in the Think-a-Food Machine and frantically thinks of pizza, resulting in the creature's messy demise.
15	* {{MST}}: The Turtles & Casey Jones watch an episode of a ShowWithinAShow called "Chris Branford & His 2 Ruff Crew" just to laugh at how stupid it is. It's whole purpose was to make Chris Branford into a CharacterShill for his own brand name cereal.
16	* NoSell: The Triceraton soldier tasked with eliminating the Turtles doesn't even flinch when Raph and Casey simultaneously strike him with flying kicks.
17	* OffWithHisHead: Fugitoid gets decapitated by flying debris when the viral warhead breaches the ''Ulixes''' hull.
18	* ShoutOut: When the Triceratons' ships appear out of nowhere, their materialization is similar to the Zub cube enemies from ''VideoGame/{{Gradius}}''.
19	** Also, Mikey calls the virus things ''Film/{{Gremlins}}''.
20	** The Skeevix egg sacs/cocoons greatly resemble [[Franchise/{{Alien}} Xenomorph eggs]].
21	** The Raptor fighters bombing the nebula to flush out the ''Ulixes'' is reminiscent of ''Film/StarWarsTheEmpireStrikesBack''.
