3	Leslie learns that Pawnee is being sued by the previous owners of the lot where she is seeking to build a park and needs to consult a lawyer. Ann offers the services of her friend Justin, a lawyer who she calls "the greatest guy ever". Leslie meets with Justin, who promises to work on Leslie's case over the weekend. Both Leslie and Tom are impressed with Justin, though Mark isn't really impressed, which is not helped by how Ann always seems to fawn over Justin.

5	As part of a program making government officials more accessible to the public, Ron has been getting a lot of visitors lately, which he hates, so he decides to hire himself a new assistant. Tom offers to help Ron find an assistant, interviewing several people, but he's actually looking for an assistant for himself.

7	Meanwhile, April vents to Andy how much she hates her job and can't wait to quit when her internship is over.

9	Leslie, knowing she has to move on with her life, tells Ann she is ready to date again, and Ann offers to set her up with someone. Leslie suggests Justin, but Ann is hesitant to set them up together. She instead sets Leslie up with an MRI technician she works with named Chris. The date goes poorly, with Chris appearing annoyed upon learning Leslie attended a rival college, and that she is a director of regular parks, not amusement parks. Chris then gives Leslie an MRI at the hospital, but quickly makes her uncomfortable when he remarks that Leslie has an excellent uterus ("could easily have triplets right off the bat") and asking whether she is having her period, presumably in anticipation of sex later. Leslie rejects his advances when the date ends, prompting him to make an angry goodbye, even though Leslie still needs to give him a ride home.

11	Leslie tells Ann about her strange date, and Mark asks Ann why she didn't set Leslie up with Justin. Mark accuses Ann of saving Justin for herself and those suspicions turn out to be true when Mark consults with Andy and learns that Ann has always had a thing for Justin. He asks Andy not to tell Ann that they talked, but Andy confronts her anyway, scolding Ann for hurting Mark's feelings, and then tries to trick her into thinking she is still dating him, which does not work.

13	Tom has found an assistant for Ron – his friend Jean-Ralphio. Ron rejects him immediately and tells Tom to keep looking. April helps Andy sell one of his [=CDs=] at the shoeshine stand, and he tells her he likes hanging out with her. She goes to meet Ron and offers to be his assistant, demonstrating her abilities by closing the door in Tom's face when he tries to enter the office. Ron hires her on the spot.

15	Realizing how selfish she's being in keeping Justin to herself (and alienating Mark in the process), Ann sets Leslie up with Justin, then she apologizes to Mark.
